Yep for 6mos just changed it up recently. Half a carton w one scoop of Anavite
hell yeah glad to know im not only one it helps me hut my macros too hahaha
Never much got the taste for them. I prefer whole eggs but whatever works.
only issue is ive been having massive diarrhea not straight watet but chunky water. hopefully itll go away lol

I can't stand the flavor of them and that why I put a scoop of Anavite in them. Anavite has an orange Tang flavor so it tastes like thick Tang after its mixed.

I've been drinking 2 cartons a day for 6 months now... I use the Costco kind as well. Pour it in a shaker bottle with a scoop of protein powder. You'd never know its egg whites.
Just drank one. Still alive.

I usually use a mixture of milk and egg whites with my cereal. Sounds a little weird but it actually tastes really good and makes cereal a much more well-rounded snack.
8 ounces egg whites, 8 ounces fat free milk, 2 scoops optimum nutrition gold standard = 450 calories, 87g protein, 2g fat, 12g carbs. I drink one of those every morning when I wake up. The gold standard I buy in 10 pound bags on eBay for roughly $100. It lasts about 10 weeks at 2 scoops per day. 77 2-scoop servings
