Just work around the injury Trukker ; if it hurts dont do it . I think you should take a squat break and hit the machines for a month or two . Just like we talked about the other day (hacksquats)

Thanks man and yes I'm following your suggestion. No more barbell squats for a while. Which sucks :(

Changed the avi yup. Not spreading the lats tho. Just standing with hands on my hips. Thought it looked alright. Especially how my wife did it. She's the photo connoisseur

I was going to say , must have had the lil lady do the picture honors . Mrs.Ogh loves to snap pics of me , they are everywhere !! lol

Shit shit shit

Haven't been to the gym yet this week. Feel shitty about it. As a result I been doing EOD tren shots to make up for the not training part. I'm still recovering which is good. My body is just fucking waisted. Wore out and DONE.

Got another big order in from GPZ should be good for about a year.

●100 25g 1" tips
●100 25g 1.5" tips
●100 25g 1"syringe and needle
●100 20g 1.5" syringe and needle

Everything I need for $70 delivered in 3 days
 
Vacation starts after today.

Also gonna go two a days. Once in morning and maybe a cardio session or so. Basically what I feel like doing.

Also switching over to fina shortly. Can't wait to see if there's a difference.

Oh yeah , theres a little difference alright. Ive been alternating the two , and my Fina pins stay sore longer , no real soreness from the Comp....;)

Ok.

Just pinned the genuine FINA. Also it's trt Friday so I got my weekly test shot in too.

Im going to be running the fina at 1cc daily in an effort to make it last longer. Otherwise I would of ran it higher. I got enough fina for about 20 days worth :(
Then back to my other tren to finish this thing out.

Pinned nice and pipless too.

Alright so im not sure if it was the fina last night or some thing else but I did NOT sleep well. I'll keep tabs on it.

First workout in a week

Arms+shoulders

Dumbbell laterals
Standing barbell curls
Hammer dip (seated)
Reverse curls

19 sets the sum of the parts

Also cramping badly. I wonder if this is cuz I'm not drinking enough h20? Terrible calf cramps. When those huge boobs cramp up believe me I KNOW it. Also ab cramps. Must be lack of water.

Time to eat!!!
 
It's gonna be a wild week. I have the perfect scenario to build muscle. Bombs away mother fucker!!!

I expect about 2-3 lbs of dense muscle this week. Rest, food, weights.
