This is perfect advice. Hopefully you recover soon brother.Just work around the injury Trukker ; if it hurts dont do it . I think you should take a squat break and hit the machines for a month or two . Just like we talked about the other day (hacksquats)

Changed the avi yup. Not spreading the lats tho. Just standing with hands on my hips. Thought it looked alright. Especially how my wife did it. She's the photo connoisseur
Vacation starts after today.
Maybe I'll post pics up of stuff we end up doing.
Also gonna go two a days. Once in morning and maybe a cardio session or so. Basically what I feel like doing.
Also switching over to fina shortly. Can't wait to see if there's a difference.
