Thoughts on creatine?

I use HCI, no bloat and faster absorption, mono bloats the shit out of me!!

I don't mind the bloat. I don't get it to much and it's just on my stomach area. I still have visible abs when I get it.

Do you feel more hydrated while using creatine? Been reading and a lot of people say they get dehydrated easier. I actually feel more hydrated.

If it says 1 healing tspn is 5grams then get a teaspoon and just scoop out as much as you can with it.

That's what I have been doing pre and post workout. Should I do this for 2 weeks then just take post or pre or continue pre and post? It's like $18 for 100 servings so I get 50 days out of it so don't mind taking it twice a day for 50 days. I'll get more when I'm out.

How long you think I should take it?

You only need 3-5grams a day.

Think it's better pre or post and for how long should it be taken?

It really doesn't make that much of a difference to split hairs but I think Lyle McDonald prefers it post workout. I used it post then switched to pre and didn't notice any difference n

I hear it's to recover but also makes ATP more available in the body, but what is the conversion rate from when you take it till when it's available as ATP?

I believe the literature on it affecting recovery is mixed. Some studies show that it aids in recovery but many of these studies were done on untrained ppl. Some studies show it does not help in recovery but 1 of the studies I've seen showing this only supplemented with creatine for like 10days. Idk whether they did a loading phase or not but still 10days of creatine is not enough to get it's full benefits. And another study showed it helped with hypoxic style training but not so much with heavy eccentric training.

Idk how long it takes from drinking to being stored in muscle but again it's not that important of an issue since you're at a saturation state with your risky dosing.

I'll probably keep loading like this for another week then take it pre workout only if it doesn't aid in recovery as much.

Honestly haven't notice any difference

I only got the shits from a walmart brand creatine when I was in high school never bought that brand again lol. I still got some results from it though.

I've taken creatine like 3 times now. Last time was the most noticeable but I stayed on for 5 months straight.

I been trying to cut back on caffeine. I take so much at work that I don't get that pick me up feel anymore from 400mg of caffeine just barely more alert.
My wife gets sleepy on caffine....alcohol wakes her right up. Alot of people get the oposing effect.

I envy you guys that can take a heaping teaspoon of something when they say it is equal to x amount of mgs. When mixing pre-workout in the morning I have to pull out the scale and weigh it. Then add a little to make it 5.00. Crap it's 5.03, no good. Take a little out. Fuck now it's 4.95. Add a little more, now it's 5.04. Worse then when I started but now I'm late so I throw it in the shaker and think about how it is not right all day. OCD is not fun

When I weight out the tren powder to make my tren, let's say the recipe calls for 10g of tren. I put 9.75g on the scale. My OCD says "that ain't right boy". So I add a little more. 10.02g. Still ain't right. 10.13g. Still not right. My OCD won't stop fucking me until I've overdosed the recipe by 25% and put in 12.5g when the recipe calls for 10 :)

I havent fucked with creatine since high school and I was a responder. I just bought some monohydrate for 10 bucks at my local supp shop. Ill do 5 grams a day and if I like it Ill continue.

I've been taking it for awhile now but I sweat so much at work that it's not helping me put on much water weight.

I like to cycle creatine to give my liver a bit of a break. Don't freak out its not gonna destroy your liver as long as you drink an adequate amount of water. The only thing I would recommend is experimenting with different kinds of creatine, I took monohydrate for a while and did gain but I lost a lot of what I gained, then I switched to creature by beast nutrition gain insane strength (120 pounds in bench deadlift and squat) and good size. Now I'm taking creatine ATP by muscle tech and I love it! So experiment with monohydrate but also try creatine HCL

Junk IMO ... never heard of being a responder or not. Pay all that for a Rep or two more and fuck up your kidneys in the process, remember to stay hydrated..

Tried these brands
Muscle tech fruit punch
Muscle pharm
