overtraining

I am on trt 250mg once a week.

I am feeling like i overtrain no muscle pain. Just feeling tired and miserable all the time.

Also low energy.

I believe that i must rest for some days.

How many days should i go off training?

Should i do cardio only these days ?

Or just go low carb and just relax?
 
When was the last time you took a break from training?
 
Last summer when i was on vacation for a week i was only swimming.

Since then i lift weights 3 to 4 times per week and cardio 2 x week.

Every workout i take one day off and sometimes two rest day in a raw.
 
I consider a deload week resting. I normally go 5 to 6 days a week. Doing cardio at the end of a workout can help with strength, the type of training can affect energy also what times youre eating and your macros can affect your energy in the gym.

When was the last time you had blood work, do you take an ai? Theres a lot of factors at play, narrow it down to find the answer specific to you.

Imo that type of split 3 to 4 days weights and 2 days of cardio per week is not over training, but everyone is different and it depends on your intensity in the gym. Try changing your splits 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off, 6 on 1 off, etc. or start training each muscle group twice per week, that will give you some pain, if the intensity is there.

You are not a powerlifter correct?

Last blood work was before two weeks

I am takind adex 0,25 mg e3d and hcg 500 iu e3d
250mg e7d i just change it to e6d

No i just train for myself.

I just feel heavy and low energy during the day sometimes i feel ok but most of the time i dont feel good.

I just can find what i have and i thought that maybe it is not healyh issue and maybe i am tired.

I know that muscles built in the kitchen and on rest days but when i dont go to the gym one day i feel fat xaxaxaxa. ( just kidding)

My diet is 2500 calories per day but i am doing cucling low carb days and high carbs days.

6' 1" and 168lbs??? You are far from fat my friend. I feel like shit when I don't go train too, so I know what you mean. Trying eating more for a couple weeks and see if you feel better. If you are carb cycling you should be eating more fat on low carb days. If that don't help, take a week off.
