7Dog's Transformation/Test & Mast Cycle

I have quite a tolerance for most medications. I use melotonine, combined with Benadryl and washed down with a glass of milk. A dr told me about Benadryl and milk working well together for sleep.

Sounds better than using Nyquil. I use to abuse Nyquil and bottles of Robitussin, makes me sick just thinking about them.
 
That looks like they have come in contact with a chemical. Some seriously fucked up shit there.

Definitely!! The owner use to compete, and actually just did a show about a yr ago. He owns another gym in his home town and doesn't give two fucks about this one for some reason. And the manager is retarded...literally.
 
I had a squirter this morning, when I pinned some Tren in my quad pulled out the needle and blood squirted out like a fountain. To my surprise no Tren cough and I got it stopped pretty quick. Yeah made me a little sick. Nice bruise, shit happens. I guess from now on I better aspirate.

I had already made my mind up yesterday that I was going to bench press today, no matter what. I was happy to see just two cars in the gym parking lot. Although those two cars had brought three morons they stayed away from me. Then I was 3mins into my treadmill warm up I had to take a dump. I just took one before I went to the gym, damit!! And that gym bathroom is nasty place.

Chest and biceps. Another PR 295 for 4. I really was only thinking about 2, but those 2 were easy so I got 2 more. Shocked the hell out of me.

One of my better workouts. I expect to be really sore the next couple of days, which is fine. I was/am surprised that my shoulder is hurting, little pain in my elbow, a lot pain in my quad :((I'm an idiot):mad:.

I'm still feeling really good, I would definitely say my trigger fuse is shorter. I saw a dead cat in the road yesterday, and even though I didn't see who hit it I was ready to kick some ass bc I knew it was someone's pet. On this road, no one should be driving that fast they can't stop, its bullshit.

I was having a hard time understanding why most say that Tren fucked with your appetite, not anymore, it hit me yesterday. I guess I've kinda noticed it for about a week, just felt full but I could continue to eat. But, yesterday I only had 3 meals and 2 shakes, thank God for PB. Then this morning it took me about 30mins to eat 5 whole eggs and 2 whites (I hate cold eggs), usually takes about 10mins. I was sweating and struggling. Its a chore and its thrown my timing off today.

This morning was back and triceps. Never done rack pulls and thought I would try them today. I like them, but I sweat so much (and my gym is out of chalk again) I couldn't get a good grip on the bar. I had/have a little lower back pain as well, I need to go see a Chiro.

WOW!!! Breathing is hard as fuck on the ladder. I stopped at 7mins to wipe the sweat off my face, and my towel gets stuck to my face bc I trying to breathe, I almost passed the fuck out. But I'm one determined SOB to keep hitting that thing for 15mins.

And my quad still hurts!!!!:mad::mad::mad:

Ah, the wonderful effects of Tren. I don't know how much longer I will be able to keep doing cardio because of the breathing. I have never had a squirter, but I have pinned through a blood vessel twice in quad. Both times leg ended up swelling and was miserable for a week, hardly able to walk. It happens lol

You ever have heartburn? That's been coming on pretty strong the last couple of days as well.

Oh yeah. It's a side of Tren. If you can get a dr to prescribe acifex, it works great for me. One pill every morning. Otherwise Zantac or other otc stuff. I have acid reflux normally, but on Tren it gets real bad if I stop taking my acifex.
 
Heartburn + Loss of Appetite + 2hrs of Sleep = Shitty Workout

And it was leg day...of fucking course. I did work on squat form for 5mins, then from outta no where I had to take The Browns to The Super Bowl, even though they just went about an hour ago. Gym bathroom....yuck!! It gets cleaned once every couple of months, at least there was TP!! I'm beginning to think rigs jinx me when he said Taze (Pre WO) fucked his stomach up. But, I've noticed a difference with this Taze compared to ones I've used in the past.

Kinda just went through the motion on this workout. Wasn't into it at all, kept the weight low and reps high. Not proud of what I'm about to type.

First time in this log I cut the cardio short, I did cut grass yesterday and no toads were hurt. I may have nicked one with the Weedeater. I couldn't tell if he had a front leg, but he managed to hop away. So, it will probably grow back if I did....wait that may only happen with lizards....awww fuck it, he was fine as frogs hair.

Another note, I'm feeling them damn rack pulls today. In addition to the a nice burn in my abs with just those few sets. Quad isn't to bad this morning, I think I'll pin that fucker today just to show it who's the boss.

I got a chance to get some extra sleep this morning and happily took it. 12hrs felt good!! That's the most sleep I've gotten since I started this cycle, of course it wasn't a solid 12, got up to take a leak 5 times. Idk if you can really make up for lost sleep in one to two nights, I believe I heard you can't.

I'll watch this new Terminator movie, but no way will I go to the theater. Last movie I saw at the theater was Friday Night Lights in 2004. LOL!! All the theaters around here suck anyway and I'm not driving 80 miles one way to an IMAX.

Really enjoyed this workout, felt strong and full of energy. My left elbow always pops when I flex my bicep and this morning the damn thing was popping on last couple of reps on every set of preacher curl. Not a lot of pain, but just enough. Its always when i use the inside grip, I guess I should stop doing them with the inside grip...that would make sense.

Pinned my quad with no issues, but for some reason my hands have been real shaky every time since the blood squirting. Having a big problem not being able to relax.

I hear you Seven , I just stopped eating eggs/breakfast altogether and am doing a Dymatize whey shake until I can build up enough appetite to eat (usually by the 2nd meal)
Trens got me full all the time ....~Ogh

Heartburn is kill me right now, can't seem to knock it down. I've tried a couple different cheap otc brands. Got any tricks you would like to share?
