Hello meso members! As the thread says just wanted to introduce myself. If been coming to meso for awhile so thought I'd become a member and contribute when I can. Glad to see a few other familiar faces here!

Welcome to Meso brother
How about some stats, future goals, workout and cycle history?

No problem, I'm 35 yr old, im fairly heavy and not to lean(for me) at the moment. I'm 6' bouncing between 234-240lbs. bf, I don't like to guess when its this high. But I'd say 16-18%( fairly close to my avi pic) I've been working out steady for about 9 years now. I use to be extremely over weight(324lbs) until I just had enough and lost 114lbs. I did things a little backwards. I got put on trt about 9 years ago then did my first cycle later on. I've learned a tremendous amount in the last 9 yrs. I hope to keep on learning and to give back to the community that changed my life!

How's your BP?

Last I checked which was 2weeks ago it was 124 over 80 something(82 if I remember correctly) I normally do a decent amount of cardio(just havent for the last 4 weeks)my preferred weight is around 210-220lbs. If I don't do cardio and watch my diet. My blood pressure will raise up to mid 140's over 90's at this weight. So I stay conscious of it for that reason. Heart issues run in the family

That's exactly why I'm asking. It would be wise for you to exercise an even greater degree of due diligence especially if you decide to cycle AAS.

Welcome. I remember your avi from another site. Tell Marcus I'll be back shortly ;)

Lol yes if I remember correctly we spoke about and had a discussion about priming before a cycle. Still waiting for your response. Ha ha. Ya I recognized yours and jimmyinkedups name since ive spoke to you both on the other forum. Glad to see a few familiar people. I'll let Marcus know:-)

Sorry if I wasn't a little more clear. I have ran a few cycles. I just recently took 2 and a half years off from AAS and decided to bulk on just my trt dose. Hence the higher wieght and bodyfat. If and when I cycle again Ill drop to around 215lbs at around 12%. Atleast that's what I've done in the past. I 100% agree. Watching blood pressure is important for all AAS user. But myself even more so due to family history. Grandfather died at 44 of a heart attack. And he was thin.

I had every intention of responding back to you but unfortunately it makes it difficult when you pull the string on Marcus' panties and he perma and IP bans you. I can make new accounts but cannot access my old one. Tell Marcus also that WhoAmI, the member he banned thinking it was me, wasn't me lol.
