Ok ok yes I've been working out just not posting. My workouts have been getting better the last two days, feeling stronger and finally broke the morning 200 pound mark today!!!! 200.6 this morning.

Saturday
My big accomplishment was squats, I could have got 225 for sure but I wasn't going to push it. Next time. Spending all this time retooling my form on squats is paying off finally. They feel good far different than they used to. Also bumped the weight some on tbar rows, last set was 125 and it felt good.
Funny story... Kinda... I'm doing db lunges and my wife walks up between sets, looks at me and says ".. I do more weight on lunges ya know.." Part of me died inside lol

The world is black and white with some things. Brutus and I, got the most part, see eye to eye when it comes to people and you're either in or out as far as taking things to the next level.
My interacting with guys here has been blurred recently through no fault of anyone involved. So, when brut hit me up and tapped furi, it meant a lot and I reevaluated my take on furi. I was missing something. He was right. He was right when he told me you were good people. I think you may have taken another look at how you perceived me as well?
Nobody had to say shit about you, docd...your reputation preceeds you as does the posse you run with. You are all well respected gentlemen and its a privilege knowing you.

There's a reason Brutus got the invite to come up and train with us and it's not bc he stops for old women at crosswalks or takes the local Girl Scout troop for frozen yogurt at Peachwave. No greater way to payback kindness you have received than to show it to others.

I'm going to tell Brutus to keep me posted on your updates as I'm interested in seeing this through.

The place you're at now you either push past plateaus or get eaten alive by them. There is no middle ground. You succeed or you fail. Brutus told me about the squats and pain, you're pushing weight now you couldn't a few short months ago. Remember that as the squats get heavier and heavier. Remember to keep your form in check. Video tape yourself and either critique yourself or let a trusted friend critique for you. The end is NOT in sight for you. The end is not coming soon. The part that's going to define you as a winner or a quitter is coming. Make your choice and stick with it. You could be squatting in the mid to low 300s in a few short months, DO YOU FUCKING WANT TO SQUAT 300+lbs for reps????? BC Brutus sure as shit WANts you to even if you don't. He is your driving force right now. You should have seen the smile on that fucker's face when you updated him Sunday. I was in the car driving he was in the passenger seat. He let out a laugh and a smile and told me what it was about. This is the man you are lifting for. He is your god of iron. Make your god happy and he will reward you. Now get back to the squat rack and show us what you came here to do!
 
I was out of town for a couple days for work and my eating was kinda shitty. I did my best to get protein and calories in and to hell with the rest of the macros. Even stopped by a local GNC and picked up a 6-pack of Syntha 6 protein drinks, which btw was like $40.. unfucking believable but whatever it's better than failing back in weight. I also did the rookie move of packing clothes and gear for a single night (I only planned on being gone 1 night), dumbass I know better. Fortunately I had an extra pin with me but not a second day of dbol. I also had to go shopping to get extra clothes to wear cuz remember I'm still that dumbass that didn't pack enough. Now I'm at this store in the dressing room trying on a shirt and HOLY SHIT it was like the bodybuilding gods shined on me for a minute. My upper body was ripped!!!! I didnt even recognize myself. Envision this, here I am in a dressing room no shirt on taking pics and texting my wife these pics. You can hear the camera going off on my phone like 59 times LMFAO. Whatever anyone waiting and wondering what the fuck was going on only wished they looked that good. Haha yah the ego was way blown up after that, I've fallen back down to earth now [emoji6] I did buy 4 new shirts that all look outstanding should get me laid for sure lol.
Got home late last night and was demolished from the drive so no gym. This morning I was a glorious 199.2 pounds and LIVID about it. I worked so damn hard to eat my way to 200. I'll get back there hopefully tomorrow am. [emoji35][emoji35]
Leg day today and after talking to a friend of mine (and reading @Docd187123 post) we decided it was time to up the ante. It's put up or shut up time. Going for 225 tonight in deadlifts and I just need one. Nothing crazy just walk up and pick the shit up. Well mission accomplished!!! Not the greatest form, kinda crappy to be honest but strong enough to get the lift done and not get hurt.
