I fucking hate eating. What to do? Eat anyway. There is a reason everyone isn't walking around jacked on planet earth- because it's hard work. It's all about fighting puke while you shovel in more eggs. More chicken. More fish. More beef. More shakes. I put ground beef in cream of mushroom soup and fucking drink it. I get pissed if I only eat a dozen eggs in a day. A gallon of milk is 2800 calories and 128 grams protein. Fucking drink it. You want to be a lean 225? This eating is fucking cake compared to what you will have to eat then. Wanna stop now? Or perhaps it's time to sit down with a glass of water and shovel in some more animal flesh?

FWO, I'm 5'10" and sitting around 205-207lbs. 4300cals JUST MAKNTAINS MY WEIGHT. Eating is a full time job for me at just maintenance levels. I can eat with the best of then but that's besides the point bc if I miss one meal my weight drops until I make it back up. Nothing in life is easy, especially the shit we do. It comes down to willpower. You have a support system here so use it. Bitch about how your appetite sucks to us then go and eat a 32oz steak right after. Go to Wendys and load up on some burgers, get PB and eat it by the jar, a gallon of milk a day, pour olive oil over your salads and food, do what it takes. If the gear is killing your appetite play around with the doses and lower them to levels that don't affect your appetite as much.
