I fucking hate eating. What to do? Eat anyway. There is a reason everyone isn't walking around jacked on planet earth- because it's hard work. It's all about fighting puke while you shovel in more eggs. More chicken. More fish. More beef. More shakes. I put ground beef in cream of mushroom soup and fucking drink it. I get pissed if I only eat a dozen eggs in a day. A gallon of milk is 2800 calories and 128 grams protein. Fucking drink it. You want to be a lean 225? This eating is fucking cake compared to what you will have to eat then. Wanna stop now? Or perhaps it's time to sit down with a glass of water and shovel in some more animal flesh?

FWO, I'm 5'10" and sitting around 205-207lbs. 4300cals JUST MAKNTAINS MY WEIGHT. Eating is a full time job for me at just maintenance levels. I can eat with the best of then but that's besides the point bc if I miss one meal my weight drops until I make it back up. Nothing in life is easy, especially the shit we do. It comes down to willpower. You have a support system here so use it. Bitch about how your appetite sucks to us then go and eat a 32oz steak right after. Go to Wendys and load up on some burgers, get PB and eat it by the jar, a gallon of milk a day, pour olive oil over your salads and food, do what it takes. If the gear is killing your appetite play around with the doses and lower them to levels that don't affect your appetite as much.
 
I actually started walking around with a jar of peanut butter. I just take out spoonfuls as needed. Whatever it takes!

Edit: Just a little bit of personal info on me. I have a condition called ulcerative colitis (similar to crohns). So every 18 months or so I get sick and lose between 15-20 lbs. Just muscle. Then I gotta get back at it and eat more just to be normal. Then more than that to put on. So if I can do it anyone can.

Remember I eat my cals cold all day during the week. Nothing warm. Maybe you should try that? Start at the bottom and eat cold chicken and cold beef. Tasteless and uninviting. Swallow water or milk with every bite until it's gone. It'll be miserable at first but then graduate to warm dishes when you can accomplish the cold eating. Kinda like a reward? Idk just ideas. It's how I think

That sounds like a ton of dbol but the dosage is in question. I finally feel now after upping to 75 ed.

Why don't you try upping your test dose to match your tren dose. Or even above your tren dosage. I believe that will help with your appetite. High test levels will help with appetite and increasing weight. If putting on weight is your goal I think this will help. You can always lean up later.

Like docd said. My maintence cals at 6'2 215 are 3,400-3,600. And I be gotten used to eating that amount so now it's nothing. Your metabolism will catch up and it gets easier. I promise you this

Higher test could be an answer... I don't like it for me personally and the acne could be an issue, but stealing from Peter to pay Paul is always a trade in getting bigger.
 
I just got my acne under control and it's still by no means cured yet. I'll suffer through rather than risk more acne. Reality of this to me is if I can't take my shirt off cuz I'm covered in acne, it's not worth putting in all this effort.

My back has ggoten to where its covered down the sides in acne. How was you getting yours under control? Ive been using some acne medicines bit they arent doing shit. Im going to keep switching to different ones to find out which will help the best. Which one do you use an has it been helping? It makes me not even wanna take my damn shirt off which sucks.

Brother I feel you! I tried everything and nothing worked. Finally bit the bullet and got Accutane. I was doing 20mg ed, it's been 5 weeks and things are looking better. It's drying up but it's slow. I just moved to 30mg ed. I won't go above 30.

Me too. Really sucks. I know you went and got accutane. That didn't cure it?
 
I'm a train wreck myself. I remember your pics we were about the same.
@Casca did a successful Accutane run for 5 months under dr supervision and completely healed it up. Maybe he can shed some more light on it
