I would recommend breaking down the c+j into smaller movements at first, it's always better imo and it will help you see where you need to improve. Where's @romaleos been? I miss that guy chiming in he's a great asset around here.Yo TEK!

Im adding clean & jerk's from the floor to my mass program. Any tips on how I should be doing these?
I'm just a meathead that likes to lift. So I basically just pick that bitch up and throw it over my head. No fancy form, no deep knee bend. Pretty stiff actually. I know it's "technically" incorrect but maybe you could point me the right way.
I did 2 sets today at the end of my back workout just to grease the groove. Gonna go in tomorrow and add more sets to make an actual workout out of it. I can use 225 clean from the floor all the way up
I'm interested in moving as much weight as possible. Safely. Using the clean/jerk/press primarily as a shoulder mass builder with the secondary growth in upper back. Basically I just man handle that damn thing. I'd like to work past 225 up to maybe 300 but I lack so much in technique it's not even funny. Squatch see weight. Squatch pick it up. As for split. Kinda fiddling with it for now. All iso work is gone except heavy curls and leg ext and pressdowns.
Entering heavy phase reps 6 and under all exercises. Emphasis on bench, squat, clean/press, heavy rows. Building the body with heavy lumber enroute to 280. Then I'll return to hypertrophy workout.

I would separate it into two days...Push days / Pull days
Most guys have a ton of experience with Military press, but as you starting working on your clean/jerk you are going to want to recruit more legs than ever before. I'd try working something like this and see how you like it:
PUSH
mil press
push press
front squat to push press
split jerk
Then you would have your pull days where you would work on the lower half:
PULL
deads
clean pulls
high pulls
hang cleans
full clean
You are gonna want to start front squattin religiously as well...I would start light and emphasize form and do as many of the exercises as possible. As you get more comfortable start increasing your workload and rotating in/out exercise selection.
Run a well rounded base for 4 weeks and revisit your C&J, I'd be surprised if you didn't see dramatic improvement.
Wear a belt, get you some chucks and some chalk. Train dirty

I kinda like the "sleeper" look. I don't look like much but it's always fun when people see me with my shirt off and I'm looking lean. Arms are just basically hooks, and a weapon. I need to bring them up a lil I guess If my back is going to continue to grow but I don't want to lose flexibility. Same thing with shoulders, I don't like the fact I have round slumped shoulders like an old woman, however from a practical standpoint my range of motion is insane. I rarely get submitted from a shoulder lock...RARELY. I don't wanna get muscle bound, move fast hit hard.We gotta get those arms up to snuff home slice.
