lateral raises

Did you stuff that fucking weight down his throat? ? Had a guy almost drop a 25 lb weight on my head. Yes, I'm short but seriously man. I told him he was a fucking idiot and he needs to watch out what the hell he is doing. Old man said this "there wasn't anything I could do, it was falling." He had stacked the weights on the smith machine all the way to the end of the weight holder. Fucking clown. Anyways, rotator cuffs are cunt. Both of mine are fucked and have to be careful. Still making progress though.

My right rotator cuff is torn. I can't go heavy on several shoulder exercises, or barbell bench. Most of my lifting is done with Dumbbells so I can control the positioning better. I can better limit how uncomfortable it is with dbs. Shoulder/chest days I go super high reps with lower weight. I'm still making gains though.

That is what I do as well when my shoulders start acting up. I had my share of shoulder injuries through my lifetime too

Besides doing side lateral raises on shoulder day, throw in some side lateral raises one or two extra days during the week. Focus on using your elbows doing the lifting. On the last set do a couple of drop sets to really fry your side delts.
