Dang, thought he'd be a great poster and sharing his great recipeso_O

He seemed okay at 1st. But if he left because people were questioning his motives that quick he either had some ulterior motives or he was just too soft to hang around. Shame though. It wouldve been legit to have a real chef / nutrionist around.
That's a possibility some people got too hard on him and he cracked under the pressure. This forum isn't like the others that's for sure.
 
Sunday update: this head cold I've been kinda fighting kicked my ass today. I stayed in bed al day except for about an hour. Slugged down about 4500 calories despite that but no gym, just sleep.
Also been having some bp issues for about a week, bad pressure headaches post workout and the last couple days I have constant muscle pump. Lowered my dbol down today to try and get this back under control. Was running 144-135/83-78 all day today, not good. If it continues I'll keep lowering the dbol or cut it out completely.
Hopefully a day of sleep will make me better tomorrow and I'll be back at the gym.

Edit: bp just now was 145/91. Is there a point where I should become truly concerned? I've read mixed reviews on if high bp on cycle is dangerous or not if you don't have bp issues normally. I'm usually low 110/70.

My bp got high and i started taking cialis. Not sure if this is advisable though. It did work.
Sometimes when you know your whipped, its smart to stay down. No point going into the gym that sick.
 
204.8 this morning, got down about 5k yesterday. Still sick but mostly dealing with high bp sides. Went to the gym last night to do my misc/full body day and about 2 sets into squats I thought my head was literally going to squirt blood from the throbbing headache. It's was real bad.
Thinking about dropping dbol altogether now. Maybe give it a 2 week break and pick it back up for the last 4 weeks of this blast. Going to hit the gym back up today and try again I'm feeling less sides this morning

I check my bp daily when I'm running elevated hormone levels, you?
