Thanks bro. The hardest part for me after Im not sick anymore (its a semi chronic illness) is taking it slow. I can lose 10-15 lbs really quick. I get out of the hospital, then I want to run straight back in the gym. But I do gotta slow down. Im still getting in my head that icant get it all back in a day.

Ok. Here's what a Dolce breakfast is supposed to look like.

4 egg whites.
Large handful of spinach
1/4 of a large yellow onion
1 roma tomato
Cooked in 1 Tbsp of Flaxseed oil

2 slices of Turkey Bacon cooked in 1Tbsp of Mac oil

1 whole apple

12oz of OJ w/ calcium

Looks good. I appreciate the presentation too! Most of my plates look like a 2 year old served me.
 
I just realized I take horrible pictures.

I'm on the road so I don't post pics much , Im fine with that , I don't want guys to think they have to post pics that's not the case . I'm more interested in what is being eaten .

As for me it's been Arby's Giant roast beef sandwiches and House fried rice .
Powerades and Snickers....I know.:rolleyes:
