Whey Concentrate or Isolate for during the day

It may not be accurate, but its correct in the fact that there is a difference with respect to the biological value of different protein sources.
Not to say that any difference is substantial or even reasonably superior....just not the same from a biological / technical perspective.

You're correct but if you know how and what BV actually measures you'll see how useless it really is.

I posted the reference to protein BV to display that all protein sources are not the "same".
The comment that was made stating "protein is protein" is actually an accurate statement, its also what I would refer to as useless.
That statement is the same as saying that the number 1 is the same as the number 1....duh.
Now if the statement implies that all protein sources are absolutely equal or whey concentrate is the same as whey isolate, the statement is scientifically incorrect.

There may not be a significant difference or a significant advantage in concentrate verses isolates, but they are not the "same" as 1 is to 1.
For our use the comparison method of PDCAAS may be more "useful" than BV, as the BV method is not a reflection of daily protein ingestion and everyday conditions.

I can't argue with this!

Sounds to me like yall need to put the powder down and eat some damn food!!!! Lol! On the protein note I switched to isolate to see what I thought and I'm seeing little to no difference but that's just me

Agreed...if difference refers to body composition results.
I know isolate for me tends to gives me less gas...so there is that difference as well.
