That'll get rid of them pretty quick lol. I usually will eat a dozen a day myself.

So tonight I didn't feel like eating dinner. I put the chicken, rice, and broccoli in the blender with 16oz of water... It didn't taste bad and went down in 30 seconds..

I'm going to start doing this a lot more..

And my 7 month pregnant wife, along with my 3 daughters, are mowing down on dessert after taco tuesday... my oldests homemade birthday cake with cream cheese frosting, on top of vanilla ice cream (Tillamook or bust) and drowned in chocolate sauce...... they are not my friends right now. Lol.
