Prop, tren, and DMZ 3.0

By looking at Those compounds your are hitting towards a lean bulking or cutting cycle ?
What's your diet?
So far 14 days , have you notice that vasularity , vains poping out?
I'm mainly trying to gain some size and strength but I wouldn't mind dropping a little bodyfat as well. So I guess lean bulking would be my goal. Vascularity is definitely coming out.
 
When it comes to my diet I just try to eat a ton of good protein on the daily, I've always sucked at counting macros. I don't have time for all that shit. Weighing food out so on and so forth.
 
Alright guys I decided to start back on the DMZ 3.0 but I'm only going to take one capsule a day. Gains are too good to just drop it entirely, and since I discontinued the 3 caps a day I've started feeling a lot better.

Started of with a sort of seated row machine

Lat pulldowns

1x15 100lbs
3x12 140lbs
1x8 160lbs
3x12 110lbs

Bent over rows

2x12 95lbs
3x12 135lbs
2x10 155lbs
1x10 185lbs

Hammer strength pulldown machine

3x12 1 plate
3x10 2 plates
2x10 2 plates +25lb
3x12 1 plate

Seated cable rows

3x12 140lbs
3x12 160lbs
1x10 180lbs
3x15 100lbs

Deadlifts

5x12 225lbs
5x8 275lbs
3x6 315lbs
3x3 345lbs
3x10 225lbs

Finished up on a nautilus lower back extention machine

Damn good workout. High volume deadlifts are always really fun.

I tend to spend time in the sauna after a good workout, anyone know of the positives or negatives of getting in the sauna post workout?

Its good youre feeling better...now you can get back to "gainz". As far as the sauna, idk. Could help to walk around with no shirt on showing off...

I gotta admit I hate doing pull ups lol. There's just something about pull ups that suck the life right out of me.

I've done the tandem workouts with a sexy ass female plenty of time, basically getting a lap dance from a fine blonde with a fat ass while doing bench press, back rubs between sets, all that good shit. I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss it but at the same time it takes my mind off the weights and makes me think "PUSSY".
 
Alright Since I've upped the tren dosage I have definitely noticed a significant increase in body temp/sweating, the urge to fuck is becoming unbearable and frustrating considering I don't have a girlfriend to bang at a moments notice right now. I'm so easily irritated and the frustration is starting to get uncontainable. Could somebody mail me some high class, hot blonde fat assed hookers and some chill pills? Please? :mad:
 
Any chance that increasing my test dosage would cause some lethargy? I felt better at a 2:1 tren ratio than I do at around 100mg tren A 80mg prop. Could the test be my problem? I'm thinking about bringing the prop back down to 50mg a day.
 
Alright guys sorry I haven't been keeping up with the log as much as I should. Training has been amazing and intense and I think I'm starting to make my workout partner jealous lol. He's all natty and pretty stacked but I'm putting up heavier and heavier weight day by day and he's struggling to keep up. I almost feel bad. Almost. I'm still taking the DMZ and I'm feeling pretty good and I'm now dosing the prop at 100mg and tren at 100mg. I'm leaning out a bit and noticing more vascularity, striations, and separation all while eating a diet that is far from lean. Prior to this cycle I was 190 at my heaviest but had dropped to about 184. Now I'm setting at a solid 190lbs post shit and piss early in the morning on a empty stomach. I'm gonna try to get a good progress pic for you guys sometime soon and I believe I'm going to start focusing on breaking some PRs which I haven't really concentrated on since I've gotten back to the conventional gym. Current Big 3 lift are: 275lb bench 1 rep
385lb deadlift 1 rep
275lb squat 1 rep (I know, I bench what I squat)

I've been a weak bastard but that's all in the process of changing. Remember, only weighed about 140 6 months ago ;)
 
That picture is from tonight's gym session. It was all over the fucking place, just kinda having fun. Incline chest press, flat bench, tricep cable pull downs, cable curls, incline DB presses, standing calf raises, high rep squats, Chest flys, cable flys, shrugs. Sometimes I just don't feel like "sticking to the plan" it's nice to just wing it every now and again.

Thanks brother! I hear ya on the traps tho. Genetics gave me nice traps I can't act like those are entirely a product of hard work (which I do work hard on them) but my traps have always looked pretty good. I get traps in exchange for shit bicep insertions, small calves, and front delts that over power my chest lol.
 
Okay guys I decided to add a little extra to my cycle. Some Sustanon and EQ. Not sure if it's legit gear or not but I'm throwing it in the mix anyway. Once a week with 250mg sust and 500mg EQ.
So as of today I'm doing
100mg Test prop ED
100mg Tren ace ED
1-2 caps Super DMZ 3.0 ED
250mg sustanon EW
500mg boldenone undecylenate EW
.5mg Adex ED
