Gotta give props to you for showing the pic OGH. Lots of people (me included) mightve tried to hide it. Youve been at this long enough to know what you need to do. Its not the cardio, or weights, starts in the kitchen. And im in for the OGH cutting log.

Don't regret it. Just get fucking angry at it and use it to motivate you further. I know when I look at old fat Doc pics I feel something telling me never to let myself get like that again....but I'm still a fat powerlifter anyway :)

Don't regret it OGH. You needed to do it. It means that you trust in the friends you have here. As one over 50 to another. I worry about your health carrying the extra weight. You know what to do brother. We're all behind you.
 
Shin splints . Ive had a few in my life but not many . I was screwing around with my neighbor doing a GVT style 10x10 workout with just 215 lbs in the squat this morning but I was doing mine sumo style for a few sets then I tryed real close together knees , like 10 inches apart with the 215 for the last 2 sets , just to rev things up. No problem until I went to stand up an hour ago and my left shin/ankle has a sharp pain . Just when I put weight on it .

Moral of the story : dont do squats with knees 10 inches apart (especially overweight)....

Closer to 19" than 20" . I cant count any arm measurement with BF over 20% , which I am Plus short arms look bigger , just like my man Danny Padilla . Im normally 16.5-17" ripped. But big arms does silence the Walmart crowds , lol .

I just measured mine out dismorning after I weighed myself. Arms are just shy of 17 an weighed in at 175 up from 165. Still have maybe 3weeks left on my component @150mgeod. Lets see what we can get done. Time to blow some arms up today!!!

Skull , take the Rich Piana Challenge and do the 100 skullcrushers/60 con curls x3 ?everynight w/ 15lb dumbbells. I havent heard from anyone yet thats tryed this faithfully...

He swears over a 1" arm gain in less than 30 days....

Hey OGH,i did it for a cpl months but stopped cause i had a bunch of ink work on my inner arm and i never started again, but im gonna.
Also i think its 100 hammer curls and 60 skull crushers with 12lbs 3 sets no rest. The pump is unreal.
@Skull you should give this a go i think you will love it, do it right before bed.

Thanks B66 I thought it was the other way around . I did it a couple days then I just forgot one night :confused:, lol ....yes big pumps .
 
I did it for a few days. I believe he said to do it with 20 lb DBs. Shit I had to drop down to 15s to even come close to getting all my reps. It's brutal
I think he said 12 i tried 15s but no way i could finish so back to 12s

I might do this in Alaska working next month . I got excess to some light weights & dumbbells , probably do a bunch of GVT 10x10 training to take advantages of those light weights .

Its a great break away from the brutal heavy workouts on cycle .

I actually did give this a try but stopped after a week or so. Haha call me a pus but I had to lower the weight even more. The burn is so intense I couldn't get all the way through my sets, even with the weight lowered. I would imagine if anyone were to stick to that program it would indeed put on atleast some kind of size. I wonder how long it would take for your arms to get used to it to where you no longer see results. Damn body is funny like that. If you put it into the same routine day in an day out you stop seeing results. Now what kind of shit is that? Muscle confusion it is then haha
