Mass and weight gainer supps.

I like the ON mass gainer. I only do half a serving and add peanut butter, milk, bananas, and eggs. Last longer if you take less and thatll get you about 1500 cals if done right. Usually i use that as a mid morning snack between breakfast brunch and lunch.

or you could use MHP's "Up your mass" that is a quality one as well, if u didnt want to go the homemade route
Thanks for the feed back bros. much appreciated. For now I have been making my own. I think I mite be interested in some MHP products. I know they got some huge athletes. And eating my girls butt is a staple in my body building:)
 
I am with these other guys. You are wasting your money on a gainer. It's like $60 or more for a tub and you only get 15-20 servings.
Make your own. It will be cheaper and prob Taste better.
Need more calls add coconut oil and cheap carb source.
My favorites are
Milk
Peanut butter
Greek yogurt
Oats
Banana/any frozen fruit
Protein powder of choice as long as it's not a company using cheap amino fillers to spike protein count.

Always use full fat options. Milk yogurt ect.

First I will say stay away from Musclepharm and Muscletech proteins most have cheap amino fillers and you are not getting the protein you pay for.

ON Gold Standard- is probably the most trusted its owned by Glanabia. Glanabia supplies most of the whey to the industry. Taste is ok but they have a ton of different flavors and you get decant amount of servings. You can even get huge 10lbs bags if you are going the plain chocolate vanilla route.

Dymatize Elite Whey- Most of what can be said about ON can be said about Dymatize elite. Lots flavors big bags and ok taste but with both taste wont matter much as you are mixing in so much other food.

If you are looking for tastier (also more expensive)"gourmet" options I like .
PES Select- I like all the flovors
I just got a bunch Body Nutrition trutien. Will report back.

Also More a of a higher cal protein shake with carbs and fats but both have some amazing flavors

Thank you bro, much appreciated. I have been running the ON gold standard. I do like it too. ON seems to have quality products. The dymatize is one I have not tried yet, but wanted to for a while. When it comes to taste I pretty much just hammer the stuff. Even if it taste bad, I know it's all about gains so it don't bother me to much. Kinda the same way I feel about PIP too:). I have used ON Serious Mass,it works but it kinda made me fat.
I tried Allmax QuickMass, and it worked quite well. Less fat than Serious Mass.
Currently using IFORCE Mass Gainz. Ingredients are more "whole food" based, like oats and quinoa instead of maltodextrin. Too early to tell how it works in comparison to the others.

Fuck weight gainer. Just drink protein and maltodextrin. It's the same thing. And an ass load of milk. It'll save you loads of $$$.
Do you know of a cheap source of maltodextrin? I really need to start making my own weight gainers. Save tons of money, you know you're actually getting what you should (I always wonder if what's on the label is really in there).
 
The Oracle said everything I wanted to say to include my favorite brands of whey- ON, dymatize, And PES. Ive used ON for years but if you're getting tired of the flavors, give Dymatize a go. Chocolate brownie and cinnamon bun being my fav.

The problem with most gainers is there's just usually too many fillers. It's too easy to make your own big ass shake once or twice a day and know exactly what's going into it. You can get some serious cals from just whey, milk, pb, fruits, oils etc. I find adding a 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries gives it a delicious taste and great smoothie like texture.

For a while I was throwing it all into a massive blender before I went to bed and then put in the fridge overnight. That way it's ready to pour into two big shaker cups the next day without taking too much time.
 
Most mass gainer drinks are overpriced and taste like shit.

Make your own, currently this is what I do.

2 and a half cups of whole milk - 400 calories
2 scoops whey protein - 240 calories
2 tablespoon avacado oil - 260 calories
4 whole eggs - 280 calories
1200 calories

also, I would definitely add a few tablespoons of jam or a few bananas or whatever else to increase carbs. It's not too high on carbs so I always add somethings to increase this.

Toss these items in a blender and believe it or not it's easier to drink than most weight gainer shakes I've tried.
 
Syntha-6 , my favorite ! Wins again this year . Also voted best tasting whey protein in BB.com. The Syntha-6 Isolate was also voted best tasting isolate whey protein . Makes Dymatize & ON taste like flour .

ON Gold Standard is also my go to. I throw in canned candied yams, yogurt, and some oats with whole milk in a blender. 2,000 cal shake if only use 1/2 the candied yams. Sometimes I'll hold the yams and throw in the oats, 4 tbs peanut butter, sub the milk with half and half, and a cup of unflavored yogurt in with my chocolate malt protien powder.
