Big ramy's cycle...

Greg Valentino recently had an interview with ask Dave.. said he was taking a bottle of test... A week regularly and something like up to 6 grams of gear at once.. He's a little crazy but there must be some truth in his words.. It was a very interesting convo by the way
 
dumb ass greg valentino looked good until he started using synthol, now he is the freak he is today. AAS did not fuck greg up one bit, synthol by 1000 % fucked greg up.
Ya bro, synthol is so gross. Does synthol have any redeeming qualities? I also think Greg got pretty fucked up from opiates and benzodiazepines too.
 
Someone in ramys camp posted his offseason cycle 5g test 3G tren 2g deca and 3G eq weekly and 100mg dbol, 300mg anadrol, and 36iu of hgh daily. Is there any way that these numbers are even close? More than likely this was just some bunk post I doubt anyone besides ramy and Dennis James know what he actually takes but there's no way he's taking that much oral and able to even get out of bed let alone train and eat all day. Any thoughts gentleman?
After rereading this, I would say it's probably close to right. I would guess high slin, too. Also, most likely around 7G of test, if I had to guess. But, all in all, probably close.

No doubt on Rammy, that size with no waist - its inevitable. I still would like to see Kai get it right once, or at least the judges get it right once.


Kai doesn't deserve Mr. O his back I'm sure is full of synthol, cause Kai has very little muscle in his lower back. plus Kai is the biggest fuckin baby I've ever seen. nothing is ever Kai's fault.
 
That makes my 600 mg a week of test look puny and insignificant:(
Yeah, keep in mind he's also ~320 lbs...

I think it scales something like this (an example, everyone is different):

To hit 230lb's lean you may need 1G test. To hit 240 you may need 1500. To bring it to 250 you might even need 2200 MG's. The further you get from a human-like build the more drugs/training/food you will need to get there. I don't think 7G's of test is unlikely for Ramy.
 
I'm sure it is not accurate as far as what he is taking. But the doses are pretty close. Pros are far more methodical than 5 grams of test. They mix it up far more and consistently drop one thing and add another to get an effect. They also do a lot of designer stuff we have never heard of. They are always looking that magic stack, for something that works for them personally. To make that jump to the Olympia crown conversation. I knew exactly what Kevin Levrone used for his get back in shape Olympia prep. I won't post it but let's just say Ramys doses are in or near that ballpark. I'm just not sure I would buy that he just runs all that stuff straight. Olympia contestants are always dropping one thing, adding another. BTW they usually inject their orals as well. Jay Cutler found something that worked well for him for his jump in rankings in 2000-2001. Many Olympia contestants thought Jay should have won in 2001 after the jump in his physique. Notice how vigorously Kevin clapped for Cutler.

I can't defend Kai on the personality issues, he's an oddball for sure.

No doubt it's more than just upping test. It's training for 4 hours a day, eating constantly, taking the right drugs at the right time, pinning SEO... ETC
 
Bostin doesn't know how to actually work, IMO. He just takes higher levels of drugs than most of his "competitors" and spends an hour in the gym.

Boring. What's the point of shooting that much gear, and being lazy with the training? I'd want to at least be a freak if I was pinning that much gear and synthol. Just sayin'.
 
I have one question, what's the point after one or two cycle were you assess your tolerance to test, ai and all the other stuff, to keep using low dose?

I'll try to explain better.
For example: I'm 6'1" and I want to be around 220lbs at 10%, that's my first goal.
I have dialed in my AI and I have done 3 cycles. So I'm no expert but I'm no noob as well.

Now I can still grow on 500mg test week, for sure, but what's the point? Why not shot straight 1 gram a week and grow more. It's just because the body can gain only such amount of muscle and I'll just waste the gear, because body will not be able to maintain the muscle when I come off, before the next cycle?

I'm planning my next cycle and I don't know if it would be better to just do another 500mg week for 12 weeks, or up the dose.
