Hi-Carb Day : I felt like deadlifts so 7x5 deads w/ 250x2/315x3/350x2 , all 5 reps. Thats all .

Finished off that Blackberry crisp w/ vanilla ice cream . Words cant express how sweet it was ! After a week of near no sugars/fast carbs . Then I had several bowls of sweetened oatmeal . Sugar High . I went back to Syntha-6 whey protein vanilla ice cream, it just taste better than anything else and the additional calories I dont mind (200 cal)
 
I like this thread. I eat a lot! I'll line up a days eats and post a flik. What I can tell you is this: it consists of about 5 thousand calories a day. Some of its not pretty. First thing in the morning I drink about 7 eggs and a scoop of protien with high carbs and cals. I need to start the day of rite with lots of carbs and protien. IM BULKING! TBC

this is not professional by no means. I eat until I can't eat no more. I'm still learning. I space the meals out accordingly. My goal is to get huge! So here we go! This is breakfast. The huge bowl of oats and PB is by far the hardest thing to eat all day. I take one scoop of gainer at 625cals. I add 3 eggs and milk to it to make it about 1000 cals. The bagel never really gets finished and I throw the dog the last few bites. This gets me ready to lift big. image.jpg

As lunch rolls around I start smashing turkey. I look for low sodium but sometimes I just get what Evs. I'll smas a bunch of turkey with a bagel. Not on the bagel tho. At the same time I'm drinking lots of water. This is after I train. Obvi I smash some creatine and isolate rite after training. I will eat at the turkey a few times in the afternoon.image.jpg

Later on I will eat some pre cooked chicken breast. I'll have about 10 ounces and eat it slowly. My girl tries to get me to eat all these veggies and I tell her to cook meat. I also snack on these protien bars thru out the day too. image.jpgimage.jpg

I'm learning as I go. I want to get as much size in 12 weeks as possible. In 9 weeks I put on 19lbs. I need to get the most out of my cycle. Of and when I decide to enter a physique comp at seven feathers I will DEFINITLEY have a strict diet. Rite now I'm literally cramming food down my face all day. At the end of the day I hope to get between 4 and 5 thousand cals. Just thought I'd share this with MESO!
