My experiences are for the majority based around cheating the scale, I never maintain a lower weight class for any period of time. Huge difference...I lose the weight lose the strength period, but bounce back in a matter of hours when I refeed.I really want to do this without alot of gear . I might cut the test back some .
Your lifts are already there, but your real challenge will be maintaining strength because that's a LOT of weight to drop and keep off. I think it's completely realistic to achieve your goal on very little gear. A militant diet and programming will be the deciding factor as always, I'd get with a well seasoned guy that has experience moving down in classes in the past, that's some next level shit way above my head. If anyone can do it I have faith you're our boy!
