.::TEK talks::.

cobwebs in here, I've been away for awhile.

I dropped the prop/tren/drol. Did a few days of diving and I will tell you first hand, diving on tren feels like a slow, terrible death...however the end never comes. Awful feeling.Currently running Cyp/EQ solo for the last week, long esters finally spooling up. Vascularity up, dropped a lot of water I was holding when I quit the Drol. Not much weight gain and looking dry after all the time in the water, hovering a little over 230 in the mornings. Backed off the adex a bit, no Cialis for the last week and blood pressure has remained good and steady.

Plan is to hold steady...do some heavy singles the next two weeks then reevaluate:
Tues-squat
Sat-DL

Tues-paused bench
Wed-snatch
Sat- C+J

Ive never done tren, but I dont see me doing it. The sides Ive heard from y'all on hear just dont seem worth it (especially the sleep issues). I could see if I was making money off my sexy body, but im not...yet.

Agreed, I love the start of my tren cycles but really look forward to it ending as well. I understand about the heart thing too, some nights I can feel my heart pounding out of my back while I am "trying" to fall asleep
I feel like that whenever I'm at rest. So this is more of a health issue. I don't understand the cause. I don't know the future but I'm not going out like that. Tren is the only thing that causes me to feel that way. I think some times a little reality check is needed. Tren has never been approved for human use. I do sometimes wonder why

...the cons of tren are beginning to outweigh the pros for me. It fuct my hair this run, and it just makes me agitated. Not to mention the cardio effects. I will do a NPP blast a few weeks from now but I want to see where I'm at.

I hope to pull 600+ @225lbs this week...I've been chasing that mark since last fall but it eluded me with my lack of discipline last year. It's my big milestone, I know to you guys that are competitive it's nothing stellar but if I can pull 2.65x bwt and still be able to maintain my other pursuits outside of strength training I feel like it's a solid goal for where I'm at currently. I will get it, and I can't wait...:mad::mad:

That's beyond stellar. 600+ is very serious bidness. Get some video. Put it up. Stunts like that get me amped up. Almost as amped up as the new Mad Max movie ;)

Maybe I will join you. I've had some new revelations in the ongoing saga of my back. Been consulting the dr at the VA recently. Some thing I don't like to do. I found a very good chiropractor. Things are looking up. I plan on having a full return to heavy leg training and POSSIBLY deadlifts. Especially with the deads I may start VERY light, 225 and just add 10 lbs a week. Let the erectors build slowly and practice impeccable form. With a little help and some luck I hope to be pulling big again. It's been far too long :)

Besides if any one has a problem with 600+ at a bw of 225 their not being honest. Thats very good. I'd like to see how you pull. Get my mind wrapped around it again

Talk with some of the more knowledgeable PL'ers around here. I may be wrong but I feel like I could pull more weight conventional but since I went primarily Sumo I have much less stress on my lower back. With my feet out wide and my ass down my back stays more upright and it becomes primarily my legs pushing through and not maximal effort pulling with my lower back.

I haven't figured out how to host videos securely, I will get some pics though hopefully it will be enough that guys could asses any issues. I feel pretty confident about my DL/squat...bench has always lacked just bc I don't have a lot of interest and don't push it hard. I really want to improve my snatch over the next year, shit is hard. Little variances in form once I get fatigued get me everytime. frustrating

Yoo fellas why am I always late to the fuckin shindigs?? I was curious about something I had noticed with myself and wanted to run it by you guys.

I saw in the beginning tek you were craving simple carbs once you upped your tren dose? Anyone else ever crave them besides when on tren? I noticed recently that when I am dehydrated I tend to crave them. Not if I'm in the middle of workouts or activities but more so when I get stuck without water for awhile. A few times at work when I would be crazy busy I realized I would be craving them but it wasn't because I exhausted myself as much as I just didn't drink proper amounts of liquid that my body needed. I realized that drinking water would eliminate most my cravings. Just curious if anyone else ever noticed anything similar or am I just demented?

tren is the most noticeable for me, and I stay well hydrated, it's the only link I can think of.

That's interesting though it's something I will surely consider in future endeavors. It's always interesting when I experience something first hand and start digging around and talking with other guys that I grown to know and believe are honest, and they report similar first hand experiences. Everyone reacts differently and it's hard to establish true constants most often, all I know is when I pin tren ace all of a sudden it becomes a battle to not devour ice cream, sodas, sugar cereal. All of which I wouldn't even think of touching any other time, hell I wasn't even allowed sodas in my house growing up....gimme a couple pins of tren and a Mtn Dew looks like a Tbone. bizarre
My diet knowledge is limited at best though you may have more luck asking one of the ol' timers.

well...I missed the mark for my backsquat goal :(
I feel pretty good about my effort this morning but I think I fumbled the warmup a little, maybe left a little on the table too but overall good effort.

Goal: 525lbs @228 RAW (all time PR)

1x225
1x315
1x385
1x455
1x475 (...misplayed )
1x495
1x515 (fail)
1x525 (no attempt)
2x495
5x385
5x315

I should have skipped the 475lb rep and I believe I would have easily pushed the 515...don't know if I would have hit the PR but once I stalled out under my goal (@515) I let it rattle my head. Shitty but it is what it is....no pics (girl slept in )

Not going to train at all until Saturday and see what I can get done. Hope you guys are killing it...dream and believe.

Too many sets to your goal. Too much spent energy.

Yea. GWT is right. I hear this from Doc, INH, and MP every week. Wasting too much energy warming up and working your way up.
With what you just did in my training regiment I would do an "active recovery" (50 - 70%) on thursday and then go heavy again saturday.

yea yea yea I know :(
I think if I dropped that one rep though I would have been in line...
I can't jump up 70lbs every set (well maybe I can but my mind trys to tell me no)
