Hey decided to post my cycle log for anyone that's interested. I've already started. I understand the risks and the concern of my age. Here are my starting stats
20yrs old
162 lbs
5'9
9% bf?
I've been training 3 working sets for 75-80% 1Rm, after a warmup set or two, and finish with a set for a pump. Workouts involve heavy compound movements, followed by isolation. It normally goes as follows
Day 1 Legs and shoulders (heavy legs)
Day 2 chest light tricep
Day 3 back light bicep
Day 4 rest
Day 5 shoulders/bicep/tricep
Day 6 Legs (higher reps less weight)
Day 7 rest
And I just repeat. My goal is to gain size and strength, bulking.
My cycle is :
Test cyp 250mg Sun/Wed for 12 weeks
40 days of tbol 50mg ed
Adex was .5mg eod but I switched to Ed cuz my skin was a little oily and libido wasn't great.
I have Anavar 10mg 300 tabs, planning in running this for 4-6 weeks at the end as I bridge, starting at 30mg ed maybe up to 50mg
I have nolva and clomid lined up for pct.
The first 20 weeks of this cycle, I kickstarted with Test P as well, 100mg eod, and it also have another test p vial to bridge while my cyp clears until pct.
Start of pct will be 3 weeks from last CYP shot, and about 4 days after last PROP shot.

Today is day 22, my current stats are:
175lbs
Bf probably around 10%, I have still been looking leaner and more vascular though.
All 3 main lifts have increased at least 20lbs in 10rm so far
Diet:
About 5 meals a day, 2 whey shakes at 25g p a piece, and optional mass gainer @ 485 cal 40p.
Macros are currently 225p/400c/110 fat for 3490 cals, but I normally go over as this is an aggressive bulk, normally going over in protein and sometimes fat. I have always been very lean, and never seemed to put on fat. Muscle gained relatively easy, but not amazing.
 
Realized a made a typo in that first post too "The first 20 weeks of this cycle.." i meant first 20 days.
Today i trained back and biceps, but very light day and shorter workout, been in need of a rest day so im gonna take tomorrow off, maybe saturday too.
Workout:
Deadlift 135x10 225x10
Sumo deadlift 225x5 225x5 135x10
Insane back pump, first time doing sumo deads, this back pump was the first painful one i have had, had to take a break for about 10 min before i could continue
Seated rows 2 sets wide grip 2 sets underhand close both at 130lbs
Hammer curl 3x10 45lbs
Alt Concentration curls 3x10 27.5lbs
Lat pull down 130x10 145x10x2
Seated one hand row 100 lbs 3x10
 
Man if your libido wasn't great on .5mg of adex EOD it will be worse on .5mg ED. You need more protein IMO.

Well it seemed like my estrogen was higher than necessary not lower, I didn't have any aches joints or muscles that I felt with previously crashed estro. I have bloodwork comin either tomorrow or next week so I'll know for sure. Now that I've gained some more weight I have upped my macros a bit I probably get 250-275g protein a day now. 1.5g per lb of body weight has seemed to work well. What macros were u thinking?

I think you should shoot for 2g/lb...just my opinion though. I wouldn't buy anymore mass gainer either. Go with whey mixed w/ carton egg whites and whole milk.

13lbs in 22 days is damn good though. How's your strength??

Yeah I've had to temporarily go with mass gainer cuz I ran out of whey. I do drink an extra 1/2 gal of milk everyday so far too. My strength gains have been great. Haven't noticed much increase in squats, just more endurance, but my chest shoulder arm and back have all got noticeably stronger. Especially chest, I think it was my most lagging spot too. My 10rm sets went from struggling on second set of 185 to pumpin out like 10-8-6 of 205 so far. Dumbbell have gone up from sets of 70 to ~85 so far

You got bout 3 more weeks til the cyp really kicks in then you'll be throwing iron all over the fucking gym!!! Don't waste your first cycle....eat more!! Good luck.

Thanks brother. Trying to get around 185-190 by the end of this, then expecting to lose some from water held by the test
 
2g protein per pound of body weight will get best results. protein is the only thing that builds muscles.

you shouldn't have any water weight from Test if your running Adex.
 
Still working on dialing my adex in.. My sex drive is high mentally but erections are weak right now, can't figure out if my estro is high or low. I crashed my estro AT the beginning of this cycle and I was feeling aches and low energy, so I stopped adex for a few days, and I was feeling back to normal immediately the day after. After a couple days off I went back to .5 eod, but I think I was holding a small amount of water, so I upped to .5 ed. I have scheduled some blood work this upcoming week to know for sure. Most days my energy is good, kill it in the gym and have good endurance, just my erections are very weak right now. I can still get one, and finish if I focus, but they have been much better so I know I need to find the sweet spot for my estro. Getting bloods done this coming week to check solely on e2, as I am only going to be about 4 weeks in so I don't expect stable test levels yet.
My body has practically been growing before my eyes, my appetite is up and I'm eating like crazy. 15 lbs in 25 days was crazy! Strength gains still continue. I also am still very lean, if not more lean than when I started. Veins coming through on my forearms, biceps, triceps, and like crazy on my legs. The pumps are also insane. No longer on test prop and I don't think the test cyp is at it's full potential yet, so this tbol is still bridging me until the cyp stable.

1.5 isn't slacking your not better then science bro. Carbs aren't the enemy lol any pro bodybuilder is more likely on800-1000g of carbs a day and WAY lower protein then you Intake. I have talked to more pros then most and I promise you they aren't all protein lol
 
You never thought for a second they spout that shit in the mags for supplement companies LOL use your brain. There diets are more well rounded and very high carb.

yeah, cause the fucks are taking insulin too. if they are not on insulin and HGH they are not taking in tons of carbs. you are slacking plain and simple. I guarantee you the pros are not telling you every thing. I don't care who you think you know. I never once said take in only protein. you never listen to anything I say. I preach protein and fat, with moderate carbs. all you fucking here me say is only protein. that is why you will never learn anything. I know I'm better than what ever science your listening too.

you don't have 18" arms either. I don't read magazines like you do, so I don't know what they are spouting in the magazines. why are you not huge by taking in all those carbs? I would like to know that answer.
