Ran two miles on the treadmill in about 18 minutes on 1.5 incline and called it a night. But holy shit man where it's been so long since I've ran and I've gained so much weight in a short amount of time, running reaaally beats the fuck out of my shins. Very very painful shin cramps or whatever you want to call it. After running two miles it's very difficult to simply walk away to get my shit and leave. I use to be very light on my feet and running was no problem but it fucks me up now. And I hate ellipticals.
