Alright bros well it appears as if my cycle is nearing the end. I'm contemplating taking a small dose of the super DMZ 3.0 up to my PCT to harden me up some more and really just solidify my gainz. I have a couple more days worth of tren left and ive used up the rest of my prop and 450mg/ml test blend. I've been pinning this sustanon 250 as well but I believe the stuff is very underdosed if not completely bunk. I think I might keep pinning this stuff and finish off what I have in this next week. And take 1 cap of DMZ up to my PCT.

Yeah I believe my last pin was yesterday. Doesn't really feel like it but it's been almost 10 weeks. I'm going to take the DMZ for probably another week and then recovery time starts. I'll try to get a decent after picture for you guys though. I haven't been in the gym for the past 4 days due to getting sick though.
 
Iron mag labs super DMZ 3.0 which is a triple stack designer. Dimethzine, methylstenbolone, and alpha 1. The stuff is decent though.
 
No more pinning, just taking one cap of super DMZ 3.0 a day. Shoulders last night.

Doing a bit of a deload but not really. Just staying higher rep lower weight.

All in all I feel like this has been a pretty good cycle. Gained some quality mass and gained some strength. Put on 20-25lbs and put some good weight on all my major lifts.

Starting weight about 190lbs
Ending weight between 210-215lb

Starting lifts:
Bench 275lbs
Squat 275lbs
Deadlift 385lb
OHP 185lbs

New max lifts
Bench 315lbs
Squat 365lbs
Deadlift 425lbs
OHP 205lbs

I'm pretty confident I'm going t be able to maintain all of my gains, not much worries in that aspect. Might put on some additional fat that I'm not looking forward to but I don't maintain the cleanest diet so that's on me. I'm happy with my results. I'm sure I could've done better but I don't compete and there's more I do in life than bodybuild. But I don't do anything half assed in the gym. I break myself the fuck off in there 6 days a week because I love it. But yeah all in all 20-25lbs of mass and putting 170lbs on my total ain't bad.

90 lbs on squat is no joke good job
 
Legs last night. Still keeping the weight light and repping hard. Tried some pre workout yesterday also. That new C4 50x or whatever it's called. Pretty good stuff.

we just stacked 4 plates on both sides and didn't add any weight

Three sets of 30 reps with those four plates was insane. Almost made me want to puke by the end of that last set.
