90 lbs on squat is no joke good jobAll in all I feel like this has been a pretty good cycle. Gained some quality mass and gained some strength. Put on 20-25lbs and put some good weight on all my major lifts.
Starting weight about 190lbs
Ending weight between 210-215lb
Starting lifts:
Bench 275lbs
Squat 275lbs
Deadlift 385lb
OHP 185lbs
New max lifts
Bench 315lbs
Squat 365lbs
Deadlift 425lbs
OHP 205lbs
I'm pretty confident I'm going t be able to maintain all of my gains, not much worries in that aspect. Might put on some additional fat that I'm not looking forward to but I don't maintain the cleanest diet so that's on me. I'm happy with my results. I'm sure I could've done better but I don't compete and there's more I do in life than bodybuild. But I don't do anything half assed in the gym. I break myself the fuck off in there 6 days a week because I love it. But yeah all in all 20-25lbs of mass and putting 170lbs on my total ain't bad.
Thanks bro. Finally quit wasting my time in the leg press and decided to get my squat form squared away. I'm glad I did because I love squats.90 lbs on squat is no joke good job
Front squats are my favorite now and goodc all doing the squats. I'd still leg press but squats should be the focus IMO.Thanks bro. Finally quit wasting my time in the leg press and decided to get my squat form squared away. I'm glad I did because I love squats.
