Hgh advice for a novice?

What's happening my meso bros? So I am hoping some of you guys can share some of your insight on growth and what you recommend for a first timer.
1) How many iu's is the bare minimum you recommend someone running were benefits outweigh the risk/cost?

2) Also, what is the ideal length it should be used?

3) And do any of you guys dose all at once in the morning? I have seen some say use throughout the day and others say using once in the morning will allow your body to continue to make its own.

4) Is the 5 days on 2 days off the safest protocol?

I apologize for these being pretty basic questions, but I want to hear from experienced users not just what is said on paper.

I agree with mands approach. No break is required unless you can't afford to run it straight through 7 days a week until you're out or broke which ever comes first.

I wouldn't bother with anything below 4ui a day. I've seen too many guys spend a ton of money running HGH at less than 4 a day and see very limited results verses cost. Save up so you can afford 4 a day minimum and run it as long as you can afford it. I'd say 4-6 months to really see some changes. Just my opinion based on personal experience and watching others run it.

I have actually changed my protocol to evening shots all at once before bed. I'm getting older and I really don't think I'm interfering with my natural bursts. Also, there are other advantages taking it at night.

It's whatever is convenient and works for you individually.

@mands, how long have you been on this regime of taking it before bed? Mind sharing your results using this concept and what age group you're in?
 
My last two GH runs I have been doing night shots. My first one was 5-6 iu's a night before bed and that was the first time I got over 285 pounds.

I'm just started on my second run at nights and I'm at 4 iu's and will bump it up to 5-6 iu's in a couple weeks.

I personally saw a significant difference in weight gain and fat loss.

I'm over 40.

I haven't run HGH in over 12 years but I did the night time single dosage in the beginning for quite a while and saw great results but I was dosing Serostim at 18ui EOD single dose at night. Ran it that way for about 6 months and liked the results and it was convenient because 1 vial was 18 iu so no need for refrigeration or concern for dosage amount.

After the 6 months a friend of a friend who was a newly turned IFBB pro suggested I'd do better at 9 iu everyday and splitting the dose for the morning and after training. I can't say that I got more out of it but I can tell you the double dosing at 9iu a day gave me more side effects than the 18ui eod at night.

Given what I know now and my age (40's) I'd certainly run it everyday at a 4 ui a day minimum but I'm not 100% if I'd split the doses again. I'd most likely take mands route and do the single night dose to avoid sides during the day. To be honest the main reason I'd do a single dose (morning or night) is because I'm lazy and don't want to keep up with it. :)
 
I have been using GH for many years as well (Mainly Humatrope and Serostim), and I agree with mands on the once at hs method. Better at bedtime so you aren't tempted on the carbs after the shot. I would limit carbs at minimum 2 hours prior to taking the GH for best results. I have seen this work for both the 30 year old guy or the 50 year old guy like me.

As for the amount, I tend to stay at 4iu/day as I get great results with it, however I have seen many others get excellent fat loss at 2iu/day of pharm grade. Six months is the standard to shoot for to be on for results, but I have gotten noticeable fat loss results within a couple weeks after coming back on after being off a month or two. Everyone gets different results, most take some time, making it an expensive fat loss tool if that is what you are after.

It is also best not to stay on GH indefinitely at high doses, so blast and cruise is most recommended. I do blasts of 4iu for 6mths(Summer) and cruise at 2iu for 2-3 mths (usually in the Winter). But to each his own..

Anytime bro. Glad to share my personal experiences with it. It's a big investment for most and definitely worth gathering as much information as possible prior to spending the cash.
 
i just started my first run with thegreytops. started about 3 weeks ago. been running test prop indefinitely for about 2 months now. for a few days now i've also been running hexarelin and mod igf 1-29. protocol right now is.
100mg prop eod
hex and igf at 150mcg each, 100mcg t4 upon waking and 20 minutes later 2iu gh
afternoon same protocol minus t4 and with 3iu gh
exemestane 12.5mg before bed.

just started feeling the sides quite a bit last night. had problems sleeping because of like my joints and muscles kind of ached. in the first few days of taking gh i had a 3 day weekend. i freakin slept all 3 days, lol. i woke up and seen the family off to start their day then i started watching tv and fell back asleep. woke up to pick my daughter up, came home and took a nap. woke up and said "sh1t, i gota head to the gym", but i just rolled back over and fell asleep, ha. then i went to bed early that night. that was how my 3 day weekend went. not so bad anymore. maybe a little tired here and there. it's weird... i feel like sh1t but i feel really good, too, lol.
 
wish i could afford 4 iu per day :( ill stick to AAS til i get a bit older. metabolism is pretty fast still
 
I'm on my first run on HGH, IM on "the grey top" and I'm on 4iu each day and I've been on about 3 months. I've had some very sore joints but it's getting much better. Small amount of bloat from time to time but nothing bad. Lethargy was a big problem until I switched to night time dosing.
I seem to feel more clear headed and fat loss seems to be coming around.
I'm on for at least six months to get the full effects.
I am also 50ish so I can use all the help I can get to stay young....
 
At your age, HGH is a complete waste of money.

Well that would depend on what his goals are. If he's just looking to burn fat there are certainly cheaper alternatives but if he's looking to compete in BB at the highest levels then HGH usage will be required.

Flex, Good thoughts on maxing out your natural potential. GH is an expensive tool to use and is less effective IMO the younger you are. Either way, young or old, it is expensive and one should look to maximize it's capabilities when using it.

Anyone that is using GH or plans to, must remember diet also plays a large role in how effective GH can be for you. Avoid Carbs before and after your dose(I do 2hrs), eat clean and you will be very happy with the results if you follow the protocol. However, if you eat like shit, yes you will get results, just not the same as if you ate clean. Don't fall into the trap of letting the GH allow you to eat like shit, because it is easy to do!

Fair enough but I'll tell you now that the last thing you'll want to use for that category is insulin. The purpose of the newly added classic division is to get back to the look of the early BB's with great symmetry (small waist line, broad shoulders) and the true V-taper. Insulin will without a doubt add size to your waist line (extended abdomen) after extended use and defeat your intended purpose (winning shows). I've seen it happen several times now. I'm not bashing insulin use at all. I'm just saying it most likely will do more harm than help with regards to building a show winning physique.

Just something to think about. I'm sure there will be 20 guys posting shortly about how it hasn't bothered them at all. Personally, I'd only listen to ones that have actually won bigger shows if I were you. Just my opinion.
