I would not take more than the two caps a day. If it's legit 25 mg is a heavy dose.
I prefer 20 mg.
I also think running it for about 25 days is perfect.
Get some cycle support with tudca in it for your liver and maybe add some taurine for back pumps.
Oh and lots of caffeine because the lethargy will be heavy even if your running test.
To me that's that's the worst side..

Well with superdrol the more you take the faster it kicks in. At 20 mg Ed you will start feel that 24-7 pump kick in a with minor strength increases.
So it starts to work pretty fast.
The lethargy will also start to kick in around this time.
I have had success with running 5 week cycles @ 10 mg , with little to no sides. Great for a cut!
Have also pulled caps in half which is another option, just need to place the other half in a safe place
where it won't spill.
But if you want to add mass I would run with at least 20 mg or close to it.

It's a Rasta term a Jamaican Patois word. I grew up with a lot of Jamaicans and Trinny's back in Philly and I have been to Reggae sumfest in Jamaica six times. Reggae has always been a huge part of my life. I have over 500 reggae albums on vinyl.

No reason to go as little as 10mg/day.
If your doses are 12.5, then run 25mg daily for 4 to 6 weeks. If the sides build up, miss a day of dosing, then back on.
One thing I notice in my body is that when using highly anabolic compounds, my blood sugar crashes hard if I don't have carbs every 2 hours. It will make me sick every day if I go longer than 3 hours without a significant amount of carbs.

Conversely, if I go very high carb with these compounds, I get swole as crap in a short period of time. Ya, I gain some fat but the strength and lean mass gains are incredible.

I remember listening to that album back in the day. While I was in high school like 1987. Used to listen to them and black uhuru while on a lot acid.
I have seen them live over 20 times.
The Brian SD has the exact same formula as the original, but the black label is slightly different. Hope it is for the better.

I stayed on mdrol for 4 months was only doing dips pullups trying to get back in the weights but no money I still was bigger than guys pounding weights muscle memory player a role but I still couldn't believe my strength and the way the inner cellular water fills the muscle the pumps are amazing
