Just out of complete curiosity, have you ever run bloods to see what your natty T levels are?
Never have id guess they are fairly high I recover very well from large volume but I also eat a lot and don't limit my appetite. Although some people have great genetics and don't need very high t to make gains. No clue bro!

I've always had an extremely high sex drive if that's directly correlated. I'll have to get them checked pre cycle then! I've always been curious and almost got it checked multiple times (pissing contest with my older brothers)

I would just ask your doc next time you're in for a check up, or whatever, if he can run them. I think it can only help to know where you're starting from.
 
At 19 I think you're about right. That would be the high end of where it can be, but that'd be my guess, too.
I think my progress is more related to my training though. I never buy much attention to people saying over training and what not I never have. And anyone I've ever trained with has exploded in growth. Many of the pros I've talked to or heard of train 7 days a week twice a day. I know there on tons of gear but I think the body reacts to any amount of stress on it.

I don't believe 99.999999% of people actually have what it takes, mentally, to experience over training. I believe it is POSSIBLE, but super unlikely. It's all about common sense and working the intended muscles. Followed by proper nutrition and rest. It's simple.

I've trained 7 days a week for the majority of the time I've trained. I've went half a year without a single day off. That's not to say it's smart it's just what I love to do. I just eat a ton. Sleep good and train my ass off and enjoy it. That's the thing I don't think most people truly enjoy it and don't have the hustle in the fym

Well im switching gyms! Management pissed me the fuck off today. Almost threw a fucking barbell at the cunt.
Did legs today was not a good workout was in a bad mood the whole time.
 
My debit card got hacked so my bank closed it and is mailing me a replacement. I've been waiting around a week for the replacement anyway and the manager told me my membership didn't run out and I told her the situation and she said I can train today but not tomorrow without the card. I told her I have no say so of when the card gets here and she said well you have to have It tomorrow. I said I've been going here months and it's not my fault but what the fuck ever and did my next set. What a piss poor way to handle the situation. Her tone and attitude just screamed I'm a huge cunt.

Didn't look like a ton of volume but the drop sets and everything were killer.
 
How come and how do I black it out on a phone?
Black out face by taking a picture . Then go to picture crop on ur phone and find the crop setting that will let you pick a color and paint over ur face. But it is a little bit of late for that unless you edit all ur existing pics that are on the first page of post. And if you natty like that . Give urself a few years brother . @19 ur TT levels have not even peaked yet . Maybe @ 22 then consider the gear. Don't fix/replace what ain't broken !!
