girlfriend lookin for help

hey dudes,

i used to post around this forum. have been out due to multiple surgeries. (torn rotator cuff and torn labrum in both shoulders, as well as some cracked face bones that had to be fixed) i personally no longer no lift heavy or anything as it is too dangerous for me, so i workout lightly.


Anyways,

My girlfriend wants to get fitter.

She wants to tighten her muscles up, does not want to increase whatsoever in muscle volume, only muscle density, (harder ass, harder thighs, harder arms), she would like to tighten up basically, she is looking to lose weight while increasing muscle density, but losing fat overall.

So far, I have her taking albuterol a bit 2mg a day, week on week off, she also takes a little adder-all as appetite suppressant. She is a shot girl and adult dancer at work so her job keeps her moving, and she goes to the gym 4 times a week usually.


She will absolutely not lift heavy, but she will do the cardio machines and will lift lighter. She thinks powerlifting girls/bodybuilding girls look disgusting which I don't blame her cause they do.


Her goal is a vicotria's secret runway model figure..

She is 5' tall and weighs 125lb. She used to weigh 110 pounds about a year ago but somehow she put on 15 pounds this year... I don't know what her bodyfat is but based on the women's body fat pictures i'd guess about 22%?


Anyways, what I'm thinking for a good regimne would be something like

albuterol 2mg a day, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

daily low doses of adderall as an appetite suppressant

also I'd like to add in an EXTREMELY low dose of anavar, im thinking start at 2 to 3 mg a day
and run it for 4 weeks, maybe keep an anti-e on hand if need by, im not sure if girls need to even take an anti-e


what do you guys think of a cycle like this for a girl that is of those stats?

also, she has a personal trainer for her workouts.

-her goal would be to lose fat weight, increase muscle density but not volume.

Sounds like you need to find her a better personal trainer.
So basically she won't do the one thing that may help the situation?
Did I read this right? Is this guy gonna recommend aderall "amphetamine salts, dextrose amphetamine, amphetamines" instead of proper training and diet? Kinda wierd.:confused:
 
my girl did it with lots and lots of exercise, proper diet( the most important thing as far as I'm concerned), and at the very end 5mg ed of anavar for four weeks. but it took months of working out and being on the proper diet to get there. have never considered amphetamines or clen
 
My suggestion is to pm mands and see if he'll help you out. Even if it costs a little to get his knowledge you'd be benefited greatly. He trains some high level fitness and bikini girls and none of them use AAS. I'm not sure what he has them running but it'll work for your girl too I'm sure.

I'd think she could still get the desired density she wants from doing things like pushups, body-weight squats, calf raises, pullups...

Then she can use the machines as well.

I don't think the typical benchpress, squatrack, deadlift is necessary to achieve the physique she wants. It may be a quicker route, but I'm not gonna force her to do it that way cause I don't really care.

we're both prescribed adderall by our docs anyways. cutting means your hungry, adderall makes you not hungry and have lots of energy when normally you'd want food and would be tired.

I understand. But man be careful with what you mix it with bro. Even small amounts mixed with other substances can cause instant psychosis. I've yet to see any redeeming qualities with amphetamines.

Even with females, body weight squats have little to no redeeming qualities. Resistance training is gonna get her what she wants.

If you want to look like a runway model, these have to be your staple, unless you have a budget for pharm grade gh.. <<That's a joke

I wouldn't recommend Anavar for a girl with those stats that wants to look like a runway model. She just needs diet and exercise.. She is already close.
Elliptical gives you the most bang for your buck cardio wise..

my girl started at 5'4" and 124, and didn't even think about anavar until she got down to 115. than used anavar, the transformation was fantastic, but I don't believe it would have done anything when she started

Yeah in my experiences, it is much more effective when they are at a much lower BF to begin with.

How much var did you put her on? My chick started working out with me and is about where yours was.

She doesn't have any specific goals other than wanting to have a nice enough ass (in her opinion) to be able to wear a thong when we go on vacation together.
 
My girl asked me for advice on what she could take and I told her I wasn't spending our money on something until she stuck to a workout plan.

Needless to say she wasn't happy. A week or two later her workout ethic dwindled down to too far between so I reminded her that I was right not to waste money lol.

But really I gave her the talk about cardio bunnies and using weights and how women don't become freaks from weights. Really iylts extremely rare even with years of hard hitting weights, unless women add some compounds.

On one of her longest stints of exercise she was doing bench press, squats, lunges, fly's etc etc and she lost weight very well and was happy til she got lazy again.

Started at 5 for two weeks, than 10 for 3 weeks
Took her to a whole new level in terms of how she looked in a bikini and the strength gains were fantastic

Awesome, thanks. We're 4 months out, so gonna get her to a spot where I think she'll benefit then have her run it for the last 4-5 weeks if she can handle it.

My chick hates cardio other than interval training and loves some squats and deadlifts...she's already cute but 4 more months and she'll be banging.
