This won't be a true cycle log but I started my first test cycle 2 weeks ago and wanted to use this thread to track progress and provide periodic updates. I've run several ph cycles in the past and I finally decided to sack up and pin. Running test E at 500wk with an Msten kicker since I have a bunch of phs I picked up during the ban frenzy. I'm 5'9 with a small frame. I'm 200 lbs right now at about 15% bodyfat. I'm following Layne nortons phat protocol- I know a lot of guys don't think it's particularly effective but I've run it before and I respond really well to it. My goal is to end the cycle at 205 and 11%. Macros are 350p 120f and 150c. I'm a former fat guy and I'm pretty carb intolerant so carbs will be pre and post workout only. So far no noticeable effects other than a fair increase in libido- nothing crazy yet but it is a marked increase.
 
Yes overall recomp- my top priority is to lose the fat though. I realize that most will say you don't need gear to cut but I have a really hard time retaining muscle during a cut. I've never been able to get under 14% naturally- even when I was like 20 and I'm 32 now.
 
Quick update- weighed in this morning at 204 and looking leaner. I'm finishing up week 4 so the fun should start happening soon. I don't "feel" anything from the test yet. I'm hoping the "on" feeling will come soon.

AAS are great for putting the body into perfect state to grow muscle. you have to do your part with eating right and training. doesn't matter how much AAS your taking if your diet sucks.
