This won't be a true cycle log but I started my first test cycle 2 weeks ago and wanted to use this thread to track progress and provide periodic updates. I've run several ph cycles in the past and I finally decided to sack up and pin. Running test E at 500wk with an Msten kicker since I have a bunch of phs I picked up during the ban frenzy. I'm 5'9 with a small frame. I'm 200 lbs right now at about 15% bodyfat. I'm following Layne nortons phat protocol- I know a lot of guys don't think it's particularly effective but I've run it before and I respond really well to it. My goal is to end the cycle at 205 and 11%. Macros are 350p 120f and 150c. I'm a former fat guy and I'm pretty carb intolerant so carbs will be pre and post workout only. So far no noticeable effects other than a fair increase in libido- nothing crazy yet but it is a marked increase.
