Hello ladies and gents, this is my first cycle and i want to log my 8 week cycle of tren ace and test prop. I have Trenarapid and Testorapid and from what i hear its one of the best :D

You can check out my other posts to see my stats if you'd like. Just to refresh, I'm age 22, 200lbs, been lifting for 5 years and 2 years really strict diet.

I eat 6 meals a day that only consists of chicken breasts, 99% lean ground turkey, and jasmine rice, plus 2 gallons of water a day. So basically i have no life haha.

I do a 4 day carb cycle, so Day 1 is 200g carbs, Day 2 is 500g, Day 3 is 700g, and Day 4 is 1000g, then repeat.
Cardio is 1 hour day 1, 45 min day 2, 30 min day 3, and no cardio day 4 so that way all the carbs i eat go straight into the muscles (dont really know the scientific reasoning).

I train 6x a week making sure i train each bodypart two times a week and so far that has been going extremely well! Making very nice gains.

i have novla and clomid for PCT
adex for on cycle in case i need it.

Here is my cycle: 1st pin was Wednesday September 30th, 2015
*Pinning ED*

Test prop- 250ml a week = 35ml a day
Tren ace- 375ml a week = 53.5ml a day

******Day 1******- Wednesday the 30th
Pinned right glute at 9am and went to the gym about 30 minutes later. I trained back and didn't notice any difference in my workout due to it being the first day. That night i couldn't sleep, i woke up about 4 different times with pretty strong and vivid dreams. not bad though

******Day 2*******- Thursday the 1st
Pinned left glute and same time and went to the gym at 9;30am. I won't being pinning glutes due to the fact that i can barely twist around + i can't aspirate :(
I trained legs and focused on pumping blood into the muscles. Overall workout was good, feeling good. Right glute is so fucking sore but its nothing i can't handle.

Workout:
Leg extensions 3x15
Squats 4x12. 135lb x20, 225lbs x 15, 275lb x 8, 275lbs x 6
The rest of the workout is boring so i won't post it haha.

******Day 3******- Friday the 2nd
Pinned right delt and that shit hurt like a motherfucker. Just so happens that i get to train shoulders the same day. Let me tell you that i felt like a damn beast in the gym. Felt unstoppable. noticing my shoulders are showing more veins than usual.

Workout-

Overhead press: 4 sets!- The bar x 30, 135lbs x 15, 185lbs x 10, 185lbs x 8. Thats a PR for me so i was super stoked.
Side laterals: 4 sets. i got all the way up to 60lbs db for my last set and it was strict form so I'm happy. all these veins are coming (more than usual). Im already really vascular.

I compete! My first competition was men's physique but I want to transition into bodybuilding or classic physique. I just don't make enough yet to support competing as a bodybuilder.
 
******Day 4****** Saturday the 3rd
Pinned left delt. Woke up little late from going to bed late. made it to the gym and trained arms.
I PR'd my close grip bench press 245lbs x 12 and also weighted dips with 100lbs strapped for 15
Im noticing my mood and personality are way different. I feel way more alpha then i ever have before. Ill say exactly whats on my mind not giving a fuck what people think. Im more energetic and overall just feeling good and strong


******Day 6****** Sunday the 4th
Pinned right quad. holy shit the whole process of this hurt like hell. Hurt going in, injecting, and the needle coming out.
Trained chest and felt like superman no joke. i usually rep incline db's @85lbs and today i hit 90 for 3 sets of 10. EVERYONE in the gym is turning their head when I'm working out, i don't know how to feel about it haha. I usually rep 275lbs for 6 reps on my 2 heavy sets on barbell bench press. Today i got 315lbs for 4reps.
 
NOTE: i am not getting any sides whatsoever, though i do feel slightly more hot than usual but nothing from what I've read. No night sweats, imsonia, tren cough, anything!
The only thing i can tell is effecting me is i get more annoyed at little things

how'd you place in your men's physique? I've been planning a future tren/test cycle mainly using this thread and lucabratzi's haha

i think a physique comp is my ultimate goal this coming spring

I got third!

I would highly suggest doing test and tren cycle if you want to have a sickening physique and have everyone stare at you in awe.

The feeling of competing is the best!

Mannnnn I'm out of town for 4-5 days with no working out ): so I'm alittle depressed about that. But I came down with tren flu and this shit sucks so bad! Aching, burning up 24/7, lethargic to the max, and just sick feeling. Honestly feel like I'm dying plus the ED injections of prop make it that much worse.

I pinned my left shoulder and the next day it was basically paralyzed. I couldn't use it for 24 hours. Same with my quad injection, couldn't put pressure on it
 
damn that sucks, but at least you know you do decently well with the sides (aside from the tren flu). Tren E/Test E might be up your alley next time around

Sides aren't bad at alllll for me, at least not what everyone made it out to be. I had the flue for a day and I'm all better but it seems like the injections get worse and worse every time. Pretty painful

Pretty sure it's day 21 today- the 20th of October.
I feel so fucking powerful it's unreal. I did chest today. I'm on a constant high.
Before I started this cycle, I would rep 225lbs bench press about 6-8 times depending if I'm getting all my meals in the days before. NOW I'm repping 275lbs for about 4-6 times for 3 sets on a good day. I am getting so strong. My shoulders look soooo insane :D almost pumped up

Sides effects-- last night was the first and only night that I sweated during my sleep, wasn't much though. Just my neck and upper back got alittle moist haha

Other than that, nothing. I've always had pretty small calves due to genetics but now they are veiny everyyyywhere and looking good. I'm glad I picked this cycle
