I've been working out 4-6 times per week for over 2 years now. Progress has been extremely slow for the last year so I decided to do a Test cycle. Running Pharmacom Labs Test E 300 @ 500mg per week for the first 8 and then up it to 600 for the last 4 weeks. Pinning Wed and Sat. Started on Sept. 30. Also I am already taking arimidex 0.5 EOD.(I already have bitch tits and don't want to risk them getting any worse) All the pictures are from Saturday, October 3, 2015.
Right now my training consists of:
Saturday-Legs
Sunday-Chest/Triceps
Tuesday-Back/Biceps
Thursday-Shoulders
Each session last 2-3 hours and sometimes I do cardio at the end as well. I am planning on adding another chest day on Wednesdays once I get a few weeks into my cycle.
Right now my major lifts look like this:
Flat Bench- 200x3 reps
Squat- 290x4 reps
Deadlift- 290x3 reps
Shoulder Press(dumbells) - 80s x 4 reps
Physique = 6'1" 177.5 lbs
