I've been working out 4-6 times per week for over 2 years now. Progress has been extremely slow for the last year so I decided to do a Test cycle. Running Pharmacom Labs Test E 300 @ 500mg per week for the first 8 and then up it to 600 for the last 4 weeks. Pinning Wed and Sat. Started on Sept. 30. Also I am already taking arimidex 0.5 EOD.(I already have bitch tits and don't want to risk them getting any worse) All the pictures are from Saturday, October 3, 2015.

Right now my training consists of:
Saturday-Legs
Sunday-Chest/Triceps
Tuesday-Back/Biceps
Thursday-Shoulders
Each session last 2-3 hours and sometimes I do cardio at the end as well. I am planning on adding another chest day on Wednesdays once I get a few weeks into my cycle.

Right now my major lifts look like this:
Flat Bench- 200x3 reps
Squat- 290x4 reps
Deadlift- 290x3 reps
Shoulder Press(dumbells) - 80s x 4 reps

Physique = 6'1" 177.5 lbs

My opinion is to keep your test level constant, I don't see any advantage in bumping it for the last 4 weeks, especially just 100mg's.

I also believe you can achieve more, naturally, than you have. But, sounds like you're pretty set on this. With that, this will require a whole new set of rules than your previous weight lifting adventures.

Eat, eat, eat, eat, eat and eat a little more. I would aim for 400G's of protein a day, and adjust your carbs as needed, but I'd start at 300G's, personally. Not to be a dick, but if you're spending 2-3 hours in the gym, you're either not working hard enough, eating enough or sleeping enough (my guess would be the first two).

What's your age?

I'm 23. I expected someone to say I could achieve more naturally and I agree, I probably could. Where I started at a few years ago was a broke and hungry 147 lb addict. I had worked out a lot in my teens but that had slipped away. So the last couple steady years have been a nice improvement.
I was up to 192 lbs in April this year and feeling very strong. I didn't really like the extra fat I was carrying though. When I cut down I seemed to lose a fair portion of my strength. Looking forward to putting on some lean mass this time around.
As fair as working hard in the gym trust me I bust my ass, I just believe my diet wasn't the greatest, and also I'm naturally very skinny)Been fighting genetics the whole way). Will that much protein really be necessary? Right now I am up around 250 grams plus and 5 meals a day.

Thanks for the response!

I agree with the amount of time, and what wunderpus said. Especially if your doing High weight low reps. I feel like you use a lot of energy. I wouldn't be able to keep that up for months. You might get burned out. 1 hr and a half is even tough. With low weight high reps I feel you can work longer. Nice work though.

Thanks Burton. I was deffinitely getting burnt out on the 4 on 1 off schedule I was on. So I switched over to my current system. I feel a huge difference in energy levels. Especially at work. With this amount of rest in between, the 2-3 hour durations of my workouts is quite doable.

As far as upping the dosage goes, I was under the impression that my gains will begin slowing down after week 8. Not sure if this is correct or not, maybe you can shed some light on this?

Only if your training or diet stops. I think it's unwise to spike then PCT, for a number of reasons. I assume you're not on TRT currently, and plan on coming completely off, right?

Here's an example for you-

Pro's never come off cycle, and when they "do", it's really dropping their test to a gram or two, not completely or anywhere near off. If your gains stopped at 8 weeks, why would they run high dose year round?

Another thing, I believe to generally keep your test level the same and rotate other compounds, tren, masteron, etc etc.

I appreciate the insight Wunderpus. I didn't mean they stop completely. I just recall reading another post which stated basically the longer the cycle goes, the more your gains will taper off unless you up the dosage again. Yes I will be coming completely off and running a 4 week PCT.

This is probably due to a water weight increase in the beginning of the cycle. But, yes, of course your gains will be most intense for your first cycle, and in the beginning. Just don't spike your test like that at the end. Run an oral at the end, instead.

Test only for the first one but if all goes well then maybe next time!

I will say judging by your pictures in the past two years of you lifting you have done something wrong, either your lifting or your diet.

With that being said I'm not dissing you on your progress, I'm just saying if your going to be on cycle you need to take it more serious than you have been. If you don't you will get very little off of any cycle you do I promise.

I think you should keep your test the same the whole cycle like has been said, up your proteins carbs and calories so you can grow some muscle and I don't really see a need in working out that long at a time. I lift for like an hour and a half tops, you body would be hungry if you were in the gym for 3 hours.

Do a lot more research man, get your pct figured out and take it serious cause the steroids don't just make you big without the work.

I hve clomid for PCT starting 2 weeks after last pin. Clomid 50/50/50/50 and the same dose of adex I am running on cycle. Im a little bit confused. Are you saying im working too hard by staying in the gym that long or I am not working hard enough? When I am there for 3 hours it is because I added cardio at the end. As far as diet goes I have gotten it pretty well fine tuned and I will post it when I have tome and feel like going through it.

3 hours is way to long in my book, if your going to do cardio that long you need to do your cardio on days you don't lift. I'll tell you this tho you don't need to be doing that much cardio, if you ain't lifting hard enough to be sweating like a mofo you ain't pushing yourself hard enough.

If you were in the gym for 3 hours you would be needing to eat in the gym, you need to keep your body stocked with food so it grow. I don't know your goals but you need to put on some mass so you need to eat, cut out all that cardio and lift heavy. Like I said before I'm not dissing your progress but in 2 years of lifting you should look a lot better, so either one you don't workout right or two your eating is not good.

To those of you saying 2-3hrs is too long in the gym without getting the training info I suggest you try a few weeks of Sheiko programming and try to get it done in 1-1.5hrs. We can wager whatever you like ;)

I'll make a bet if I spend 3 hours in the gym I'll drop below 200 pounds fast.

I'll put 100 on it.

I havnt squated in months. Maybe that is a problem lol. Do I just google sheiko?

You'd probably want to be squatting for a month at least beforehand. I say this bc form is very important with Sheiko and mainly bc the volume will leave you crippled at first and introducing squats in a Sheiko format to someone who hasn't done them for a while will not end well lol.

Sheiko is an intermediate/advanced routine. If you're not at this level it'll still work but faster progress could be made with simpler programming.

You can google Sheiko spreadsheet yes. 29 and 37 are prep blocks. 30 is a volume block, 31 is an intensity block, 32 is a peaking block, and there are a few others.
