Def ain't an one size fits all with training and diet. I've went so long without a day off before. Not saying it was smart and it did lead to a shoulder injury but I made gains and enjoyed it. If the food is there and sleep I think more people can train 7 days a week then you would think. It could also be I'm 20 young and relatively stress free.

For sure most ppl can train more often than they think they can but they need to work up to a high frequency schedule especially if performance and not aesthetics is the goal. Your CNS will adapt in time to the workload increases.
