Still have had a slight headache all day, slightly sore throat and slight congestion. Seems more just like a little cold I may have caught from someone. Planning on hitting some legs and shoulders tonight , will see how I feel when I get In there. Will update with my workout later.

On another note, I've been experiencing some pretty bad heartburn recently. Also I never train cardio but I do notice myself out of breath more often, not sure if it's just because I've put on a lot of weight in the past 6 months or if it's from the cycle. I've read of these sides with tren, can they also happen with test/tbol?



breathing can be difficult if you've gained a lot of weight in a short amount of time. the rest of your symptoms no. your body just has to adjust, you'll be fine.
 
Alright just finished my leg workout, it was very good. Had to end early to go meet up with someone.

Had some back pumps here so decided to stop squatting I get em bad

Calf raise 50lbx20 superset no weight for 20 both on a 2" deficit , three sets like this
Also did 100lb overhead press after those calf raises, 3 sets of 10
This workout felt really good I adjusted my squat stance wider and it helped tremendously I was too narrow before causing some back pain
 
Bout a week behind you on my cycle and I had to up my water intake and take Vit C tabs for a similar throat issue. Could be random error that we both had it but my problems went away. Cardio went to shit for me too man.
 
Alright training went pretty good today. I worked back and bicep. I take long rest between my deadlift sets to try and avoid a back pump as much as i can, but it still gets pretty bad on my last set or two. I also reset and payed a lot attention to my form today because i felt i was picking up some bad habits, it definitely helped.

Had a real nice bicep pump during this workout, mild back pumps that came on during deadlift but slowly went away.

This was a really good workout. First time I've used 205 in working sets on bench. I think my test is starting to kick in. I am getting stronger every time I'm in the gym. The tbol definitely helps too but the test seems to be taking hold. I feel great too. I get compliments from people all the time on how I'm looking, most people say I'm big but I just don't really feel big. I'm starting to think I'm lookin better but I always think I look kinda small lol. Crazy veins poppin through my forearms, biceps, and from my elbows too. Also all through my legs in the quads.
Weight is at 177ish , the handheld BF checker at the gym says in 6.1% bf, but there's no way! I think 9% is probably more accurate.
I've never experienced bloating before, how do I know if I'm holding weight from bloat and water or of I'm getting muscle gains

I was feeling good for this workout, I have all around been feeling good recently. Nice sense of well being. I haven't taken my tbol for a few days now. I have an ache in my lower left abdomen that has been lingering, can't tell if it's a muscle or internal. Also thought it could be because I'm not drinking enough water, so I upped water intake. Diet still going good, gains have slowed. I felt like the gains I would get from tbol reached their potential after about day 30. I think the test is kickin in though right about now. I'm still getting stronger, in everything.

Calf raise 50lbx20 super set body weight by 20 reps, did this 3 times. Calf pump was insane. I had to sit down for a few minutes, and now at home when I walk it feels like my calf is about to cramp up lol.

Got a nice workout in last night. Got my forms printed for my bloodwork, I pin this morning and I have Friday off work so I will get my bw done then, 48 hrs after the pin. I'm basically in the end of week 5 so I think my test levels should be near stable.

Weight gain has slowed, I've been off tbol for like 5 days now, strength is still rising.

Worked out back yesterday hit another PR, I am still consistently getting stronger.

I agree high protein but I'm a high Carb high fat moderate protein. I learned alot if this protein is marketing selling protein. if you get lower calories and carbs and fat.you definitely need 2 grams per pound that's Dieting.now I'm not saying follow me I'm explaining my reasons for me. one I was in prison we don't get butt 20 grams to 30 a plate but a shit ton of carbs cheap noodles rice, etc fruit in chow hall. I tried to buy p.b. and ramen and tuna. but I really didn't get it but once in while. but I still got strong and growled back to original size as I was in 20s. before I went to drugs.
I also learned from first couple contests how important carbs blowup a muscle so more carbs you have does help if you don't have. but 1 gram per pound I really believe you need on regular diet 50% carbs veggies to 30% 20% fat. might have it wrong but. I'm growing more of a slow transformation I've been 210 for a couple years but I went from full house to ripped and still eat fat.
now if I was getting ready to rippup to shredded I would dropped fat eat 2-3 grams protein per pound. still high Carb but more cardio and gym twice a day.
and 0% fat intake. just my 2 cents sorry I rambled I am 42 and am Mr.teen mo.1992 plan on being Mr.Missouri 2015 this works for me and my ectomorph build.love this board and sir I can tell you read alot before attempted use. please don't mess up Luke I did drugs and steroids will fuck up natural test pain pills do big-time. goodluck
 
Last night when I was pulling deads @275 I was getting a stinging feeling it felt like a bee sting in my right trap near the middle of my back. It stopped hurting after I put the weight down, didn't hurt on other lifts, doesn't hurt today. What would that be? I always focus a lot on my form I'm pretty sure it's pretty good. This was also with a belt. I did 10 reps

How high do you wear your belt? Mine is literally touching my rib cage and I can't remember last time I had pain
 
Havent updated this in about two weeks. Didnt stop training or anything, but just felt like there hasnt been much activity on MESO recently and hadnt been visiting as much. All my workouts are going very good, i started around August 18th so that would put me in my 8th week i believe. Strength is continuing to increase in all 3 of my main lifts. Weight gain has slowed but it still coming, it seemed to pause for a bit after stopping the Tbol. Gonna update with my new weight tomorrow, as i havent checked recently. Maybe i am still the same, just looking leaner. My e2 was very low for some time, so i stopped my AI for a couple of days then just started again with .5mg and think im gonna do that E3d.
My current working sets of 10 reps are
Bench Press : 205
Squat : 245
Deadlift : 275
Solid sets of 10 reps, multiple sets.
Gonna try to start updating this a bit more.
Also had very high elevated liver enzymes with bloodwork after the 31 days i took the tbol. Going to try and check my bloods again in a few weeks to see if they have came down.
 
Morning weight of 179.8. That's upon waking up before getting in the shower. Still don't look like I've gained any body fat or holding any water, though I'm sure there's some... But my e2 has been very low this whole time so it's minimal. Very lean, vascular. I'm starting to see my oblique border my abdominals creating very nice definition. I'm gonna try to get a good camera to take some progress pics in the next few days.

I got tired fast in this workout. The dead lifts were taxing on my energy at this heavy weight (for me). Took long breaks. I only had eaten breakfast about 35 min prior to this workout, 2 packets of oatmeal and whey with milk. I normally workout at the end of the day, not the morning. That's why I think I fatigued faster. I'm seeing great progress though. Diet still workin, I upped cals a bit with more protein and some more fats.

It would be helpful to know if anyone actually follows along with these logs as well. I don't want to feel like I'm talking to an empty room all the time lol.

I'm following...don't have much to say other than I'm glad you stopped screwing around with your adex.:p Lol I get it though....you're just trying to dial it in. You're doing great, keep it up!!
