I'm stoked off my workout last night. Went with a buddy from work who is on an almost identical cycle to mine, except he is doing 600mg test e a week and kick started with var not tbol. He is like 2-3 weeks behind me. We hit chest
Bench bar for 10 135x10 185x7 225x8 PR!! 205x10 135x10 first time trying 225 for reps and got more than I expected, felt awesome.
Incline bench 135x10 155x8 185x6
Flys 30x10x4
Added in machine and cable work as well as abdominals at the end.
This was a great workout. The effects my buddy got from the var look awesome, can't wait to add it in to one of my future cycles because it is the same brand and batch, definitely a good one.
