I'm stoked off my workout last night. Went with a buddy from work who is on an almost identical cycle to mine, except he is doing 600mg test e a week and kick started with var not tbol. He is like 2-3 weeks behind me. We hit chest
Bench bar for 10 135x10 185x7 225x8 PR!! 205x10 135x10 first time trying 225 for reps and got more than I expected, felt awesome.
Incline bench 135x10 155x8 185x6
Flys 30x10x4
Added in machine and cable work as well as abdominals at the end.
This was a great workout. The effects my buddy got from the var look awesome, can't wait to add it in to one of my future cycles because it is the same brand and batch, definitely a good one.

haha fuck man!! I did not. He is a bit stronger than me, but just barely. He got 10 reps of 225 which was a PR for him as well. I will get stronger than him in time though, i understand more about diet than him and focus more on it. He has also been training for strength gains, and i have been doing more body building like training. Physically though we are about the same exact size. Hard for me to tell really cuz i dont have a good perception of how big (or small) i really am, i just always think im small.

Been trying to deal with this small pain in my upper middle back. It has been getting better these past few days and I've been using anti inflammatories and a tennis ball to work it out. Surprisingly it hasn't been hindering my workouts, the pain seems to come on when I'm sitting down for a while at work.
I got an outline for a 3/4 sleeve done this past Sunday, going back in for first shading session this coming Sunday. I'm really hoping I can workout through/around the pain of the tattoo. I'm on my last 4 week stretch of this cycle.

Hit chest last night went a bit like this
Dumbbell press 65x10 70x10 80x10 90x8 80x8
Cable chest press 80x10 90x10 100x8 90x10
Decline cable 70x10x3
Incline machine press 80x10x3
Tricep push down 100x10 110x10 120x10 135x10
One hand tricep ext 30x10x3
Dumbbell flys 35x10x3

I was unhappy with this workout. The gym was fucking PACKED with idiots and I couldn't get the lifts i wanted without waiting around 15 min for a bench press or machine. Mon-wed from 445~730 my gym is just packed with everyone getting off work and taking up space for their bitch made Pussy ass workouts getting in my fucking way. This shit pisses me off. I have noticed that mentally I will get aggravated, angry or irritated/annoyed quicker and easier, but I keep it in my head and don't act on these thoughts. Though I did tell my boss that I'm done working for him and going to pursue some better opportunities I have because he has been giving me bullshit reasons why he hasn't transferred me to a higher volume store, and on top of that he cut my pay, and I am a pretty significant and influential sales person on our team so this transfer and pay are things that I had earned. When he took that away, my response was okay well fuck you too then I will take my expertise elsewhere.
 
Late but I just now took a look at your blood work. With your liver values- does your family or you have a history of liver problems? Also were you noticing any physical effects? Brown urine lethargy yellowing etc? I always thought tbol was one of the less liver toxic orals. I wanted to run it my next cycle bit now I'm not sure. I was a heavy drinker most of my adult life plus I've run a few oral only ph cycles like an idiot so obviously my liver health is a concern.

There hasn't been any known liver issues with my family no. As far as physical effects I didn't feel anything that I would specifically relate to the high liver count. There was times where I may have lethargy but orals are known to cause that in general. If I didn't get enough water in my urine would be a bit darker but nothing out of the ordinary. No yellowing occurred, no liver pains or anything. Last time an oral made my liver count high there was nothing physical to show for it. I had an ultrasound done on it and they said it was completely fine, the enzymes were just elevated from the oral but no issues
 
I havent fallen off, ive just been getting on here to record it as much. Im on my last and final vial of Test C from pharmacom.. its kind of weird on this last vial i feel like my strength and size has already started going back down.. diet and training is still the same if not even eating more... but weight dropped back down to 176 from 180. Some weight is feeling a little bit heavier.. like 245 for back squats yesterday only had 6 reps when normally i can grind out 10. One reason is because i have tried to start lifting earlier in the day, before i have gotten all my meals in.. definitely makes a big difference in the gym with the lack of carbs and food in general, hopefully thats the only reason. Odd cuz i felt like i was even still looking and getting bigger... i am so fuckin lean though. My quads and calves look like road maps with veins.. my back and shoulders have continued to grow wide and thick, chest has grown tremendously, biceps triceps and forearms have all gotten bigger and more defined... veins pop out everywhere. I am very satisfied with the results so far.. even though its only a 14lb gain so far and some people talk about 20-30 on their first cycle, i am very happy with these gains, especially if i can keep all of them.
I was speculating that maybe the first 2 vials were good and the 3rd vial i have is underdosed or something.. causing my levels to drop already, no way to know though as i cant get bloodwork right now. Hopefully its just in my head.. im going to finish this vial and PCT.. probably about 4ml left in this vial so 2 more weeks about.
 
Noticed you chose not to run HCG. Im debating the same thing now. What was the reason to not run it?
Because i am running a pretty simple cycle and I have read it can be unpredictable with its influence on estrogen and I'm pretty sensitive to estrogen fluxuation so I decided I would stay away from it this run since it's not necessary for recovery. I think in future cycles or a cycle where I include nandrolone or compounds that are more suppressive or harder to recover from then I will most likely include HCG as well.
 
Yeah thats what i've been reading as well. Lots of different opinions on the HCG topic. I think for my first cycle I'll justt stick with clomid and nolvadex and some arimadex during cycle.

I too am on Pharmacom test cyp @500mg/ wk and pharmacom tbol @ 50mg/day.....so this is definitely a thread I will look forward to everyday. Your hittin your numbers nicely and if you are really happy with your physique with this cycle then don't get disappointed with the drop in weight or pr`s.....doing great keep it up!

thanks for checking it out brother.. appreciate you taking the time. That cyp and tbol combo is great man, i couldnt of been happier with the results. I know i was sayin my numbers were droppin, well i decided to take a deload by lifting very light on all my lifts for 3 days, took 1 day off, then jumped right back into it full force... all my lifts were back to the numbers i were hittin or higher. I was hittin pause squats of 225 followed by working sets of 245, and deadlifted solid set of 10 reps of 315lbs. Just finished training chest, hit 225x9reps for the first time on bench, that was pretty cool, almost to 10! Gettin 225 for 10 reps was my goal for this cycle ahha. And yeah i did say i was gonna skip the var, but i actually decided to take it for these last 2 weeks on and the 2 weeks while i wait for cyp to clear before i pct, so today is DAY 2 of PHARMACOM VAR @ 50mg a day. I know my liver values were high but var is the least hepatotoxic oral so i decided that it wouldnt be too bad if i kept it to a short 4 weeks. Interested to see what i can accomplish in this last leg of the cycle, and also interested to see how well i handle the PCT and see what gains i keep, i am feeling very confident.

Alright my cycle is now finished! Starting PCT tomorrow, my last prop shot and var dose was on Monday. The results I've had from this first cycle are amazing. You can find my starting stats on the first post of this or in my bio on my profile. I started this cycle approx 162 lbs with a bench max of 225, squat max of 275(not below parallel) and a deadlift max of 405. At the end of my cycle, I am now hovering between 178-181 lbs in the morning, with a bench max of 265, a squat max of 295, and a deadlift of 405. I feel like I could hit 275, 315, and 415 respectively but this was my first time trying to hit those high weights. Going to try and hit them during my pct, the plan is to keep everything if not continue to grow throughout. I have switched my training protocol from bodybuilding sets and rep ranges into more of a powerlifting protocol to attempt to preserve muscle gains and strength gains during my PCT. going to increase calorie and protein intake even more throughout PCT. any feedback is appreciated! Is this the best training protocol to help preserve muscle during PCT? @Docd187123 @HuckingFuge @Seven Dog @evarthecaveman @rubisean
 
I think the main factor for you preserving muscle will be keeping calories up and intesniity not dropping. You'll lose muscle plain as that but try to minimize it by eating more sleeping more and keeping the same intensity if you can. I wouldn't switch up training between being off and on but that's just me

Imo since you're switching from BB routine to more of a PL routine your #'s could even go up thru PCT, just keep training hard and eating dat dere protein its what builds muscle and get blood work done after. Got an example of what your new routine will look like?? Where's the before and after pics brother??

Good catch bro, that was a typo, my previous dead max was 315.... 90 pound increase !!! My new training protocol uses the same lifts , but instead of training at 75-80% of 1rm for 3-5 sets of 8-10, I'm switching it to 2 warmup sets and then 85-90% of 1rm for rep ranges of 4-6 , 3 sets, and maybe every other week working up to my max for sets of singles.
