Yeah I told my girl if I get out if hand. To just remind me to check myself. She wasn't around unfortunately. I have always had anger issues anyways. To be honest that was why I was a bit reluctant to try tren. Not blaming anyone but myself. But I definitely am short fused and I yell at slow ass drivers more. Ha
 
Been having some forearm and hammy crap randomly. Thinking it's cause I'm sweating a lot more. I cant even have sex with out being coverd in sweat.Got the room ac down to 60 and on high. back sweats all night no matter what. My wife threatened to kick me to the couch. Cause she if freezing to death. Poor thing looking for the small electric blanket this morning. I went up to 100 eod instead of 75. Starting today we will see if this was a mistake or not.
Done with the dbol I had from pharacom now. Glad to be done with it made me sluggish. I would say it was underdosed a bit. Had to take 80ed, last time i maxed it at 50ed. Worse pumps at 50ed last time than 80ed this time. Still did it's job though. I may need a liver transplant now ha
 
You were on 80mg day of dbol?! Shit I'm on 24's dbol at 25mg/ day thinking of upping to 50mg/day but not sure if I should.. kinda nervous about that lol. And you're out there on 80mg.

Well if I'm taking 80 and it's underdosed. I really might be taking 50. I can't say if u should up to 50 or not. You are your own best judge for that. If you honestly don't feal comfortable with it. Then maybe don't do it. Also depends on how far you are into it. If your on 3rd week and only running it for 4 weeks. Only upping it for 5-7 days then stopping it. Might not serve a purpose. If you added a extra week to 5 weeks then up to 50. You would atleast have a better idea of what you can handle. Then still get something out of it.

I upped it on Saturday to 50 mg a day not sure how long I will keep it at that amount. I had 50 pills so at one a day I was roughly at 6 wks as of right now if I continue the 50mg/day ill be at 4 wks. hoping to see a difference soon.
 
Well done and got sick now. Can't talk, wake up 10 times a night cause my head and throat hurt so damn bad. Running 101 fever since late Saturday. Guess I caught what my wife had. Doing my best to work through it. Just the no sleep is murder. Definitely killing the workouts.

You might give Emergen-C a shot...front loaded with mega dose of vitamin C. I've been using it for a while and its good shit.:)

Well got back into the gym today. first good work out in a week. Still not 100% but I gave it all I had. so today I checked my weight. 216 was what I came in at started at 193. that's 23lbs gained so far. however I bet 8-12lbs of that is fat and some water. im going to go at end of month and get checked on the machine again. To see exactly what im at. this is not what I wanted at all. Im only at 1k calories above maintenance. I'm thinking its the rice. I'm eating more than I would normally. I don't eat any carbs 4 hours before bed. all 100% protein after workout till I wake up. last carb meal is 2 hours before workout. Strength is still climbing and all but shit I don't want to look like a fukn fat cow after im done. Think im going to cut out the rice go back to sweet potatoes, Whole grain bread, and oatmeal only. going to start going in the mornings on a empty stomach. then do 30-40 mins fat burn cardio. maybe calves and abs off and on before cardio. still keep the large muscles to the evenings after work. going to go back to 3600 cals for now. yeah I might hold up some gains but I really don't want to be left needing to shed 30lbs of fat. I actually kicked around a idea someone gave me. Cut at end of my bulk for 6 weeks. I actually got a thread looking for input from others. damn think wont let me link it on here. basically just extend it 6weeks with test p/winny or might pick up some var in stead. then go into a keto diet for the 6 weeks. last 5 days before PCT ramp up the cals to above maintaince and keep it through out the pct. I would think if done right you would keep all the gains cause the var and test. then during pct go back to what I did during bulk and not lose to much. The timing would be perfect for me. put me starting back up at bulk time. If all goes well after that cycle I would have reached my goal 205-210 about 13% bf. shit I say that then I will reset my goal to 225. will throw link at bottom to the thread about bulk/cut. link doesn't work hardly ever usually bunch of nonsense u cant click on.

Well my wife has cut me off from pussy. Been fukn week and a half. Walk around with a semi all day. Apparently when I learn to not be a dick I can get it again. Jesus I haven't been this horny since JR high. Fukn on treadmill this chick with little short shorts riding bike in front of me. I started to think about what it would be like to be that seat she was on. Almost got to excited in front of everyone.
On serious not think I'm start to get gyno flare up. Nipples stick out a bit and pinch them and kinda tingle for a bit. Maybe all in my head cause really worried about it. Might just keep with the adex .5 Eod till I get bloods on wendsday then can see where I'm really at.

Workouts back to normal now. Just no matter what I do I can't make my biceps or shoulders sore. Abs chest legs tri back get sore. Strength still going up on bicep and shoulders. Think maybe my job kinda tires them a bit. I went back to .75 on tren Insteaf of 1 mil. Trouble sleeping and fukn wake up soaking wet. Plus the anger is really effecting me in everything I do. Thought maybe best if I back off a little.
 
Off day today I guess. Gonna go get bloods in morning. Well I think I am anyways. Paid and all but trying to do the appointment by phone was a joke. Guessing cause of my thick southern draw it had trouble understanding me. Never got a conformation number. Tried to remake it then time was taken up. So will have to wait and see tommrow if I did or not.
