First cycle log

Will be starting this next week if everything goes as planned. The only thing I'm not completely certain on is the dosing of prop the last two weeks of the cycle. I'm thinking to run a mild dose of prop on week 11 while the Test E is still moderately high in my system. Then on week 12 while most of the Test E clears out I can raise the prop dose. Thoughts on this? I'm sure it's gonna cause a fluctuation in blood levels at least to some extent so I'll probably have to play around with the AI dosage.

Wk 1-10 - Test E @ 200ml 2x/wk (Mon/Thurs)
Wk 11 - Test P @ 75 ml EOD
Wk 12 - Test P @ 150 EOD

Wk 2-12 - HCG @ 250iu 2x/wk (Mon/Thurs)
Wk 1-12 Adex @ .5 mg EOD

PCT (2 days after last pin)
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/50 - I'd like to run clomid as short as possible because I'm not too thrilled about the possible side effects on vision and stuff I read about.

Test and HCG are from 24k and Nolva/Clomid/Adex are from pharmacist.

Otherwise, cycle and pct looks pretty good to me personally. Not sure if I would start pct after two days after running long esters for that long because your test may still be too high after two weeks of stoppage then running short ester. Maybe someone with more experience can comment on this.

Currently I train each body part 2x a week, one day for strength and one for hypertrophy. Strength day is 3 sets of 5 reps and hypertrophy day is 3 sets of 10-12.
Changes I plan to make while on cycle is bumping the sets up from 3 to 5 and moving legs to just Wednesday if it becomes too much.

Mon/Thurs - Chest/tris/legs
Tue/Fri - Back/shoulders/bis
or
Mon/Thurs - Chest/tris
Wed - Legs
Tue/Fri - Back/shoulders/bis

Diet is roughly 3200 calories a day
250 grams of protein
200 grams of carbs
Mainly consisting of steak, Cod fish, brown rice, broccoli, green beans, egg whites, 2% milk, natty pb, bananas and greek yogurt. Alot of other things here and there but those are things i eat that normally dont change day to day.

On cycle I'll bump the calories up to about 5000
300-400 grams of protein (increasing as weight goes up)
300-400 grams of carbs (also increasing with weight gain)
Mainly the same food choices as I'm eating now just in larger amounts.

I've been lifting off and on since I was 14 however I didn't really know what I was doing until I joined football at 16 and began powerlifting until 18 w/ mainly olympic lifts. Then I set up a home gym and transitioned from powerlifting into more of a bodybuilding type workout. Did that for about a year before I got mixed up with some shitty people and got real into partying. Very little training and my diet mainly consisted of booze, drugs, and fast food. After I crashed and burned out of that lifestyle with a trip to the hospital and some jail time I got hardcore back into lifting and running just to keep myself sane. I started researching training and most importantly I got my diet down for the first time in my life at about 21. Went from about 165 lbs skinnyfat to 190lbs fairly solid. I still have some fat around the midsection but I put enough muscle on my frame that it's not nearly as noticeable.
So that's pretty much all my history of training and diet.

Current goal is to bulk and put more mass on without adding too much fat. I'm not looking to turn into the hulk, I just want to put some more muscle on so I have something to cut down to when I decide to cut for the summer. I may even continue bulking up until I run a cutting cycle so I can hang onto most of it, but that's a long time away and a whole different discussion.

See this thread for the short ester drop off. Long story short, run the prop three weeks, wait one week from last prop pin for pct. You're trying to start before the enanthate has even cleared.

Thanks for pointing that out, I guess I had the half lives a little messed up. So I'll add a week to the prop and start pct 7 days after last pin vs. 2. I'll run it the same dose every week vs. tapering up just to keep TT levels steadily elevated to bridge into PCT.
Something like this:
Wk 1-10 - Test E @ 200ml 2x/wk (Mon/Thurs)
Wk 11-13 Test P @ 75 ml EOD
(PCT 7 days after last pin)
 
Running the same dose will be fine. Just be mindful of side effects and aromatization. You might break out a bit with it peaking up, but shouldn't be anything to worry about.

I hope so man, after reading about it for so long I'm excited to jump on board. But I'll do pics as long as that zyzz/zach fanboy who was asking to see everybody's bodies doesn't pop in here and demand them lol
