How'd ur first pin of slin go?
So far so good, got the little alarm set to remind me when to eat, wishing I pinned a lil earlier. Pinned round 9 thinkin it'll be safe to sleep round 12:30? But yeah pissed me off figuring out how to use the damn pen, and those lil pins are so delicate

4 or so hours post injection of LOG is the average point where it's safe. They say 3-5, I will go with 4.
 
Didn't care for it so much post, woke up a lil puffy but I did have snacks in the middle of the night, always end up eating more than I should in the middle of the night no idea why. Anyway I'll be trying it pre for a back workout tomorrow, will update tomorrow morning
 
Did an experiment on myself to see how hypoglycemia feels so I can spot it better. Things I noticed
*shaking hands, similar to clen
*heart rate increase
*some palpitations
*overall feeling of shit, sleepy weak and exhausted
How would one notice this during a workout?

Happened to me, I literally wanted to just lean on the rack. Also, my head was so foggy. You will KNOW. But, better than that, just avoid it with proper carb dosing.

Sip on Gatorade, power aid or something and you will be fine. I'll be switching to carbolean soon instead of using pure dextrose cause that much sugar at once makes me feel like shit even with the slin. I've never went hypo during a workout, not even close thanks god.
 
Any suggestion on how much protein to take and how much to spread it out?
Just follow this man-

15 min prior to workout: Take 6-16iu Novalog subq

- -10 min prior to workout: Drink shake #1

- -After every working set: Sip on shake #2, and finish by end of workout

- -Go home

- -Take down shake #3 or a meal with 60g's of protein and rice (I do a chipotle bowl)

Shake 1: 10-20g EAA's, 40-60g Karbolin and preworkout
Shake 2: 10-20g EAA's and 40-60g Karbolin
Shake 3: 2 cups pasteurized egg whites, 1 cup dry oats, 1 banana or 1 cup blueberries splenda or stevia
 
Quick question, I don't have any EAA's, but the supplements I have at my disposal are creatine mono, bcaa pills, amino acid pills, and glutamine all by Optimum. How would you recommend me using this if at all?

Been using the protocol you've posted above and it's been working great, two 50g Karolyn 20g xtend shakes followed by the post wo oatmeal shake 6iu slin, it's been treating me nice to say the least. Gonna post up a pic to give people an idea of the pump

Thanks man, any recommendations on how to add my igf and ghrp6 into the mix? Some webpages are saying some cancel each other out or carbs will kill the gh release
Sorry bud never used either. Was gonna Pull the trigger on ghrp6 but never did. ...
