What do you guys think of bicep & tricep work done in the 5 rep range? For strength reasons?

Nah well maybe. I've just recently been able to use a straight bar again. I jacked my wrist up about 6 months ago. Doing I won't say what. But once I felt it pop I knew it wasn't good. I'm thinking tendon or some thing. Any way that shit sucked.I've done it on cable, but not BB. BB curls have really been killin' my wrist lately. Gettin' old...I guess.![]()

I believe you I feel the same way.5 rep range for strength never really worked for me for triceps/biceps I've always done a weight 10-15 reps with good form and gradually increased the weight week after week I have yet to plateau that way unlike the heavy weight low rep but that's my 2 cents
