Your right bro, it's weak I know. I actually have it built in to my schedule cuz I know it will happen from time to time. As much as I'd like to do it every single day its just not a reality.
 
You gonna hit up your complex's gym tonight or take it easy and kill it in the morning??
 
I've done it on cable, but not BB. BB curls have really been killin' my wrist lately. Gettin' old...I guess. :(
Nah well maybe. I've just recently been able to use a straight bar again. I jacked my wrist up about 6 months ago. Doing I won't say what. But once I felt it pop I knew it wasn't good. I'm thinking tendon or some thing. Any way that shit sucked.

Lol I'm pretty sure I remember you sayin' something about hurting your wrist in your last log...but I don't remember how. May have been truck related..

LMAO!! Thanks bro. I'm trying to keep up with you young bucks!! Really surprised how good I've been feeling lately, not just physically but mentally as well.

Btw the lighten worked pretty good in that room.
 
5 rep range for strength never really worked for me for triceps/biceps I've always done a weight 10-15 reps with good form and gradually increased the weight week after week I have yet to plateau that way unlike the heavy weight low rep but that's my 2 cents

I believe you I feel the same way.
 
That was a quick response ha! On the compound movements such as squat and some bench that's worked but never really the arms/shoulders I need volume in my workout
