So, I am gonna start getting up early in the morning around 430 and hitting the gym to do cardio before work.
I just joined a 24 hour gym so I might as well utilize it.
I think hiit is out of the questiom. I tried to do cardio tonight, and it felt like I was running in slow motion huffing and puffing.
My HR got up to 185. So I'm gonna try to do little bursts and fast walking for around 30 minutes fasted in the morning. Hopefully, that will speed the fat loss. I have also decided to go on a caloric deficit.
