First off, yes i named my first cycle the "inauguration cycle" because if things go well, this is just the intro into the world of steroids.
I figured i would log every step of the way as best as i can, to possibly help another member who may decide to do their first cycle. Also because at night i get bored and this will give me something to do.
I am currently:
22 years old
6 foot
180 pounds
I have been seriously lifting for 3 years, but recently had to take a few months off due to a hectic work schedule. I have been back in the gym and have spent time recovering from the time off, and now feel that i can jump on cycle and get the full potential out of it.
my cycle:
200mg of test e e3d for 10-12 weeks (until i run out of my 3 10ml vials)
week 2- 2 days before pct amiridex .25mg eod (will get mid cycle bloods and adjust there)
pct: 21 days after last pin
clomid: 50/50/25/25
nolva: 20/20/10/10
I currently have everything except pins, they are in the mail now and should be here in the next 2-3 days. Once they come in it is go time. i feel confident with my cycle, if there would be one thing that is on my mind during these last few days before i start, it would be shutdown. I would say that is my biggest fear pre cycle. other than that i feel that i am physiologically in a good place and feel comfortable with what I'm doing. i feel that being in a good state of mind during cycle is a big thing, because i don't want to be stressed my whole cycle, i want to enjoy it.
workout split will be: legs pull push taking one day off a week.
with rep ranges i will be using a system that works best for me and i have tweaked over the past three years of training.
first things i hit when i go into the gym are my compound movements (bench,squat,deadlift,OHP) after that i will hit my accessory work. my rep ranges for compound movements will change after every workout, while my rep ranges for accessory work will change every week. here is a layout to help me explain it.
legs, pull, push, legs, pull, push, off
so i will hit each movement twice a week
COMPOUND ACCESSORY
week 1: 8x3 and 5x5 week 1: 4X8
week 2: 4x7 and 8x3 week 2: 4x12
week 3: 5x5 and 4x7 week 3: 4x8
week 4: 8x3 and 5x5 week 4: 4x12
week 5: 4x7 and 8x3 week 5: 4x8
week 6: 5x5 and 4x7 week 6: 4x12
i will throw in extra work when needed. if something needs a little extra work i will give that body part a little more attention.
i count macros, at the start of my cycle my macros will be
protein: 210
carbs: 475
fat:70
i will move this up or down when i start to see how i am handling the gear and how much weight i am gaining.
hope i can keep a somewhat detailed log with decent info for potential first timers reading around here, talk about the journey, and maybe get some tips from some of the vets on here. "because i too am a first timer and learned so much from this forum"
