First off, yes i named my first cycle the "inauguration cycle" because if things go well, this is just the intro into the world of steroids.

I figured i would log every step of the way as best as i can, to possibly help another member who may decide to do their first cycle. Also because at night i get bored and this will give me something to do.

I am currently:
22 years old
6 foot
180 pounds
I have been seriously lifting for 3 years, but recently had to take a few months off due to a hectic work schedule. I have been back in the gym and have spent time recovering from the time off, and now feel that i can jump on cycle and get the full potential out of it.

my cycle:
200mg of test e e3d for 10-12 weeks (until i run out of my 3 10ml vials)
week 2- 2 days before pct amiridex .25mg eod (will get mid cycle bloods and adjust there)
pct: 21 days after last pin
clomid: 50/50/25/25
nolva: 20/20/10/10

I currently have everything except pins, they are in the mail now and should be here in the next 2-3 days. Once they come in it is go time. i feel confident with my cycle, if there would be one thing that is on my mind during these last few days before i start, it would be shutdown. I would say that is my biggest fear pre cycle. other than that i feel that i am physiologically in a good place and feel comfortable with what I'm doing. i feel that being in a good state of mind during cycle is a big thing, because i don't want to be stressed my whole cycle, i want to enjoy it.

workout split will be: legs pull push taking one day off a week.
with rep ranges i will be using a system that works best for me and i have tweaked over the past three years of training.
first things i hit when i go into the gym are my compound movements (bench,squat,deadlift,OHP) after that i will hit my accessory work. my rep ranges for compound movements will change after every workout, while my rep ranges for accessory work will change every week. here is a layout to help me explain it.

legs, pull, push, legs, pull, push, off
so i will hit each movement twice a week

COMPOUND ACCESSORY
week 1: 8x3 and 5x5 week 1: 4X8
week 2: 4x7 and 8x3 week 2: 4x12
week 3: 5x5 and 4x7 week 3: 4x8
week 4: 8x3 and 5x5 week 4: 4x12
week 5: 4x7 and 8x3 week 5: 4x8
week 6: 5x5 and 4x7 week 6: 4x12

i will throw in extra work when needed. if something needs a little extra work i will give that body part a little more attention.


i count macros, at the start of my cycle my macros will be
protein: 210
carbs: 475
fat:70
i will move this up or down when i start to see how i am handling the gear and how much weight i am gaining.

hope i can keep a somewhat detailed log with decent info for potential first timers reading around here, talk about the journey, and maybe get some tips from some of the vets on here. "because i too am a first timer and learned so much from this forum"

At least it was caught while you were still able to delete it. You can post pics of your gear and stuff but I wouldn't post the package. Don't need anybody knowing what labels to look for and what not

yeah and its late night so no one else saw it. gotcha, i see what you're talking about. hopefully my mailman didn't see that. thanks man

First pin is done, was a little nervous but nothing too bad. Didn't feel anything with the 25g nipro. Time to hit the gym
 
Second pin today, went for the quad this time. Did it myself (first pin a friend did it) was a little nervous but nothing too crazy, but now I'm confident in pinning myself. Already feel better in the gym think it's more mental because it's only the second pin. Up about two pounds, started with my macros at about 400 carb 210 protein but after reading around the forum I have seen everyone basically says eat like a horse and protein protein protein, so I'm basically taking in protein any chance I get. Trying to get at least 210 grams of protein from food and then drinking shakes In-between meals.
 
im a week and a half in (4 pins) i am up 8 pounds from the start of my cycle eating. have been eating as often as i can and sticking to my diet. Only 4 pins in and i am already starting to fill out more and seeing improvements in my body, i know the fun doesn't really start until about week 4 or 5 so this is very encouraging to see. since the start of the cycle every workout has been getting better and better, lifts are all getting stronger and fatigue is down. i am also feeling happier now its giving me more confidence in and out of the gym, so far so great. its still early so I'm excited to see where this goes.
