Hell yeah. I really like them. Definitely one of the better beef cuts in terms of value. As long as you don't take them past medium, they're delicious.

I've got some competition in the kitchen now, girl moved in with me so while I was dressin a doe in the yard last night she whipped this up....
off topic: I gotta stop taking the .300 out, clean through the doe broadside and entered the yearling quartering toward me behind her at the shoulder, blew the back end out. fucking mess...(I'll post pics if you guys are having a hard time dieting

Sounds like my kinda commitment. To bad here in Tx after 7 years your legally married. Actually they have a bunch of laws that make you legally married. You really have to watch out. For instance, a few years ago I co-signed on a car for my girlfriend. The salesman kept trying to put on the contract that we were Mr. And Mrs. If I wouldn't of caught it then we would be married.

I cant believe that, thats actually pretty crazy. Some ppl would get caught off guard so easy.
In australia if you have own a house and a girlfriend moves in with you. You can see a lawyer and have an agreement written up saying whats yours before you got together and if u split they cant take anything you had prior to her moving in
