Hi folks

I am a new member... i used to be an active member of many forums a few years back and a former body builder (2006-2010). I recently decided to make a cope back so i placed an order with someone who i used to deal with back in the years... its now been almost 2 weeks and i have not got an email back from them in regards to a tracking number or any respond. At this point i think i have been scammed... I like to know if anyone else had dealt with this guy... and if possible i like to add his name to the list (if there is such a list...). What is the right procedure? Can you please point me to the right direction?

Thanks

First of all, where does the source ship from? Within the U.S.? Cuz if its not it could just be taking a while for you to get it. We are fastly aproaching the holidays an im sure that has the mail routes being delayed. Im sure someone else will be in shortly to chime in.

Im not sure where they ship from. They said their TA is usualy 6 days. I am not expecting to have received the package, i am expecting to hear back from them with an email confirming that they have shipped my order and give me a tracking number.

Is it just some dude on the forum or a well know UGL?
do they participate on any source boards?

Just post the lab name and some people who heard of the lab in question can chime in.

Here's hope that it's just a delay...not any scam.

I would say wait a week or two ..if you call anyone out be sure NOT to post personal info . remember they have yours as well as others, they could do the same.

It could take several weeks for your pack to land, especially if the lab is international. Wait at most 3 more weeks and if no response to any communications then reach out and post the lab's name here.

Also were you given a tracking number? (Note DON'T post the tracking info here either)

well yea..so wait a few weeks then.. If indeed you did get scammed then it wouldn't matter how long you waited to call them out..But if you didn't and you get your package you just show your ability to have patience and make others jump the bandwagon as well. you see it over and over

Whether or not you choose to post is on you.

But you will never come under fire here for calling out a lab with a legitimate complaint. And if you are, by a few with a chip on their shoulder or a sources cock in their ass, then there are plenty here who will defend you. And you'll never be banned for it.

We do not protect sources at the expense of members here. Ever.

Your call. But if you're feeling burned, there's probably others feeling the same.

If they haven't responded to communication, regardless of ship times or complications beyond their control, then they can take the review IMO. Might help teach them the value of good C/S.

If its international and it's hung up in customs, they will not get the tracking number until it clears which means neither will you and this time of year it could be hung up there.
Has there been ANY communication from them at all?
Has your money been collected?
If your money has been collected and you have emailed them and you have not had any response in two weeks then I say tracking number aside, post the Lab name to see if anyone has any info good or bad in reference to them.

I heard something about international stuff not being able to get tracking anymore

This is true. Unless they opt for the ultra-expensive "priority international" option. It tracks within the sender's country, but doesn't carry over into the US.... At least the was the last I heard in Oct.

Last international I heard of in late November was tracked all the way.
